Damages
the company i use goes to great lengths to package fine art prints.
If an item is damaged in shipping you have 48 hours from the delivery time to send me an image of the damage so I can notify my shop. The print can be swapped out for a new one.
Damaged items must be documented with an image of the damage sent through etsy.
Tips for handling your prints -
don't rip the package open
its very securely placed and layered in for protection.
If you order a big print - place on a flat surface to open
take your time use scissors versus pulling tape
chances are you are framing it - keep the print in the protective sleeve to protect it from dust or hair and store it in the packaging it came with to keep it safe until you frame it
Payment
A few Policies
These Prints are custom made and made to order.
Once you purchase and pay the order is sent to a shop for printing and cannot be cancelled.
I do not send out your order until you have paid.
I accept paypal and I do not do orders outside of etsy.
Shipping
it will always have tracking.
If you are overseas - and would like a shipping quote send me your mailing address so i can get a cost.
