Announcement    The pandemic is still affecting speed of delivery worldwide. Our Post Office won't even give out estimated delivery times - everything is based on pre-pandemic estimations, with a "this likely won't be realistic right now" caveat. So that's all we can offer too.

The good thing is, mostly everything seems to get there in the end. The waiting time might just be measured in weeks and not days. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. If you ordered a gift and it did not arrive before the celebration, we do offer printable giftcards (for free) you can use as a placeholder to say a nice gift is totally on its way! Just send us a message and I'll personalise one for you. (To save time you can also order a gift mailed directly to your recipient, we offer a possibility for a free hand-written gift message in all gift orders.)

Tracked mail is super expensive here but if you are willing to pay for it, we will totally offer it. (It is usually faster.) The free shipping we offer is first class, untracked.

There's never enough cute in your life!

We're Shivikai and Niki and we've been dreaming about our own company to sell our art for years and years, so here goes nothing. We are super excited to share our creations with you!

Frequently asked questions
What if my product is defective?

In that case we will of course send you a new one, free of charge!

Do you have a tracking code for my order?

If you did not choose registrated or express mail at extra cost, then unfortunately no. Every letter going outside EU does have a customs code but that only shows when it leaves the country.

When should I worry if my order hasn't arrived?

Normally I would say the maximum shipping time (note that those are in business days, so only counting Mon-Fri) plus two weeks. But right now, everything still seems to take much longer than usually.

Can I offer product ideas?

Of course! If you want to see your favourite image in another product, let us know and we'll see what we can do. (This is why we now have stickers of the keyring animals for example - enough people asked for it!)
