I have really sensitive ears and can't wear most storebought "hypoallergenic" earrings. These were a tad bigger than I expected, but they're absolutely beautiful (I got green-blue) and I've worn them for a week now with no skin reaction! Highly recommended.

These look just like the picture. I will be taking them on my vacation to enjoy. Have tried them on, but haven't worn them, since I can't part with the other pair I ordered from Shinyglasscreations. I love these as well and will be back to order more!:-)

Love these earrings soo much! I haven't taken them off since they arrived! So pretty. They actually gradually change color it all depends on the angle that you look at them from! Excellent shipping time and packaging was very thoughtfull!

They are a pure beauty for sure. The product is great and I have been getting many compliments on them. My only issue was not being able to see how they would look color wise but besides that no issues.

Welcome to Shiny Glass Creations. My name is Monica, and I love to make shiny things out of glass.

I make all my glass items one at a time by hand. I use a digitally controlled kiln and a conservative firing schedule to ensure that everything is properly annealed to be strong and durable for your use.

Returns and exchanges

I package all glass items very carefully for shipping so your item should arrive intact. If it doesn't, please convo me right away and we can arrange something.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will refund or exchange the item. You will need to convo me right away and ship the item back to me at your cost. Refunds will be for the purchase price and first shipping cost, issued once I have receipt of the item. For exchanges, I will pay to ship you the new item, once I have received the first item.

Payment

I expect payment on checkout, but if payment is not possible right away, I would be willing to put a reserve on an item for a few days, just convo me. If you use Paypal's ECheck option, I will wait until it clears before shipping your shiny thing.

I am registered for GST/HST in Canada, so I will charge tax to customers from Canadian provinces.

Shipping

I personally hate to wait for something I order online, so I will do my best to ship your purchase out as soon as possible (within 1-2 days). Titanium orders may take an extra day since they are glued to order. Once I ship it, how long it takes to get to you will be dependent on where you live.

I ship all my glass jewelry safely wrapped and nestled in a bubble envelope. I use Canada Post's letter service, so there is no tracking or insurance. If you live in Canada, you should receive your order within 4 business days. If you live in the US, it can take 4-7 business days. These times are not guaranteed however. If you want your order faster and with tracking information, I can ship with Canada Post's expedited service, but I would have to charge you an additional $12 for shipping. You would need to tell me you wish a shipping upgrade in your notes to seller during check-out.

I will mark custom forms with "handmade fused glass" and what the item is (ie "earrings"). I will also be required to list the purchase price, so please keep this in mind if you are shipping directly to a gift recipient.
