Returns and exchange details
♥ If something arrives to you broken, just send me a photo and we will work something out
■Returns accepted up to 15 days after purchase and 25 if not from the USA
◆If I do have to take a return back because of no fault of my own- there is a restocking fee of 5% plus no refund on shipping This way the item can be relisted and added back to the inventory. with out me loosing all the fees I paid to sell it the first time.

Custom orders take longer since they are not sitting on my shelf done.
I am happy to reduce shipping rates based on multiple sales. If you buy more than one item and feel that the shipping is too steep - please convo me and we can work something out. :)
All items will have tracking on the package to reduce the worry of a lost package in the mail. Lost packages do happen out here in the woods though so i will fix it.
If you need something fast, just ask. I can upgrade the shipping to priority for just a small fee.
Shipping is done by the fastest method for you. But... I'm sorry, nothing will be shipped out till it's paid for.
★Please remember, customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I will not mark the package as a gift to avoid custom fees. Fudging customs forms is illegal and can result in thousands of dollars in penalties and even jail.
