Elevating the Everyday...

I started out painting at a young age in my Grandmother's avocado green kitchen, using acrylic paints on styrofoam meat trays. While I progressed to canvases in college, I took a hiatus from painting as my career advanced as a graphic artist and art director. Breaking away from the corporate world to start a family, I returned to my roots a few years ago as a visual artist.

Acrylic is my favorite medium. It dries quickly, doesn't require toxic additives and clean-up, and can be manipulated in oh-so-many ways. I paint mostly small pieces because my work and storage space is small, and I find that people really connect with a piece of art they can hold in their hand. And I want everyone to be able to own original art - without having to spend thousands of dollars. I do have larger pieces available - and I do custom work - so please contact me to discuss any projects you might have in mind!

Inspired by everyday objects and places, and all things old and worn, I use dramatic lighting and unique perspective to capture bits of the past and present, to add a little "magic" to everyday items and to preserve memories through art.

All paintings are created with professional grade high quality materials. Unless otherwise indicated in the listing, each painting is protected with an acrylic varnish and is signed either on the edge or on the back. Paintings ship unframed unless they are specifically listed as including a frame.

Returns and exchanges
I will be happy to accept returns (minus the shipping costs) or exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is returned in the original condition. Please contact me before shipping any paintings back.
Payment
I accept payment by credit card directly through Etsy or through PayPal. (You can also make a payment with a credit card without opening a PayPal account.) Please contact me if you need to make payment by another method. Payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase (unless other arrangements have been made with me). If payment is not received within 48 hours, the item will be re-listed.

Please note that Massachusetts residents will be charged state sales tax of 6.25%
Shipping
Most domestic orders are mailed via USPS First Class Mail. Priority Mail is available at an additional cost - please convo me prior to purchase if you would like to change shipping methods. I charge actual shipping and will refund any overage above $1. Most larger pieces will be shipped via Priority Mail. Paintings over $100 will ship insured if shipped within the US. I ship within three business days of receipt of payment unless otherwise noted.

I am currently shipping international orders via USPS First Class Mail in order to keep costs low. Orders will take anywhere from 7-21 business days to arrive. International Priority Mail is available at an additional cost. Please convo me prior to purchase if you would like me to change the shipping for a particular item. I can not be held liable for lost packages or packages held up in customs. Duties and customs taxes and any other costs associated with receiving shipment are Buyer's responsibility. Please make sure you understand your country's laws before purchasing.
