Returns and exchange details
In case of delay in shipment, I will not issue a refund. I have no control over shipping and customs. If you still insist on a refund, Please sent the item back to me in its original condition and i will issue a refund after i received it.
Damage
In case of damaged parcel, i only able to refund after i received back the item. I will not issue a refund as long i didn't get the item back. If only parts of the item is damaged and we can agreed on a replacement for the damaged part, I will sent out a replacement as soon as possible free of charge.

Shipping
Most of the item are made-to-order. Allow 7-14 days for item to be made and handling process . Average shipping time for all international shipping from Malaysia are between 14 to 20 working days provided if there's no delay in shipping and customs.

Parcel Insurance
Insurance for any parcel that cost 100usd and above will automatically added into the item listing shipping fee.
Faster Delivery
In case of faster delivery request, there's DHL or FedEx. But be warn it will be very expensive. EMS is not recommended due to past bad experiences.

How long is the average shipping time ?
I ship from Malaysia and average international shipping from Malaysia is between 14 to 20 working days. For tracking, please use the link in the FAQ or in your order shipment notification. If you didn't received it within a month, please let me know.
Insurance
Starting November 2016, all item in my store will include insurance in the shipping fee. In case of parcel got lost or damage, i will help to get the compensation from PosMalaysia. It will take time but it's something.
How does pre-order works ?
To get into the pre-order, you will need to only pay for the deposit of mentioned in the listing. Remaining balance with shipping cost will be needed after the item has made and ready for shipment. IF the helmet isn't ready by the estimated shipment date, a full refund of your initial deposit will be issued no question asked.
IF you still wanted the item, a small token of appreciation will be included when your order is ready. Mostly it will be something 3d printed and related to your order.
