Shiv is absolutely the best! I have ordered her stickers every year for my planning calendars and they are always top quality and gorgeous designs. When I noticed she wasn’t making the monthly stickers this year, she offered to custom make a set just for me! So awesome and great quality stickers!

When will I get my order?
It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
Pillows, Stickers + Art Prints (Digital Downloads are instant):
If you're in the USA: (Currently 2-15 days due to Covid19 delays) usually its 2 - 8 business days
Europe: (Currently 2-15 days due to Covid19 delays) usually its 2 - 8 business days
International: 10-20 business days
I will update the above as soon as there are any changes.
Where will my order ship from?
For my Pillows, Stickers + Art Prints I use a brilliant Printers for independent artists + designers that are based in the USA, but they can ship from facilities worldwide! This way I can provide the best delivery costs I can to all my customers internationally.
Everything is designed by myself in my wee flat in Birmingham, England.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
For pillows, stickers + art prints an additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with me, it would be great if you could check the below first:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Package theft is on the rise. If you're expecting a home delivery and know you won't be in to accept it, use an address where you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please message me with your order number so I can look into this for you. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How are your products made?
I illustrate + design everything from my flat in Birmingham, England. I use a mixture of hand-drawn, painted and digitally altered techniques to create all my artwork from scratch. For my pillows, art prints + stickers I work with a fantastic, high-quality printers for independent artist + designers and they're based in the USA. They also have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently. I wouldn't be able to create some of my products without their expertise + print technology and so this allows me to sell my products internationally + provide the best delivery costs I can.
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order is posted out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please just send me a message on here.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
I'm so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please message me on here within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I will get back to you with a resolution as soon as I possibly can!
What’s your return / exchange policy?
I don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by sending me a message on here.
At this time, I don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would suit best, please check out the sizing charts - I have all sizes mentioned on each product listing. Please send me a message if you are unsure before ordering, and I will be happy to help you work out your best option!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please message me on here with photos of your wrong/damaged items and I will sort that out for you.
