If you decided not to keep the item ordered, within 7 days of receipt, you may return the item for a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE with another item from my store. Please email me first for a return authorization number, which is required for return processing. The store credit will be reduced by the amount of actual cost of shipping, if the purchase was made with special free shipping deal.

I am happy to repair for any damages the during first 30 days of the receipt for the cost of shipping. After that period, there will be a small charge. Please email me with any questions regarding repair work.

I currently accept Paypal and credit card payments.

Shipment within the US:
I usually ship within 3-4 business days of the order and payment receipt confirmation. I use USPS first class mail with a delivery confirmation. If you require expedited shipping, please contact me prior to placing your order so that I can provide you with the additional shipping fee estimates. Upon agreement, I will send you a payment request from my Paypal account for the additional fee.

International shipment:
(1) Transit time
I usually ship within 3-4 business days of the order and payment receipt confirmation. I ship worldwide using the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Please be aware that delivery time vary greatly depending on your country's custom practice, sometime 4 - 6 weeks. I personally can not guarantee a delivery time.

(2) Import fees, taxes, tarrifs, and duties
Your country may impose Import fees, taxes, tariffs, and duties at the time of delivery, which are NOT included in the purchase price of the items. Please contact your local custom authority to find out the details.

(3) Insurance
I will automatically insure any orders above $75.00. Insurance claims may not be filed unless 30 days has passed from the original shipping date.
