Hello all! Welcome to my shmoofy poof shop. I do hope that you manage to find something in my shop that you can love! Below are details of how my shop runs. Please feel free to contact me at any time for further information. Thanks ;)

I accept Paypal payments on all items. Please note you do NOT need a Paypal account to do this. When you check out click the pay by Paypal option & you will be forwarded to a secure page, that gives you the option (on the left hand side) to pay using your debit or credit card.

If payment has not been completed within 1 week (7 days) I will send you a reminder. If, after a further 2 days, I have not received payment, your order may be cancelled.
Address: I will always ship to your Etsy Address, if you wish me to ship your package to a different address (or to the one on your paypal receipt) please send me a convo or drop me a note in the "Message to the Seller", thank you.

I will mail out your order within 1-2 days of purchase. Orders placed on the weekend (Friday-Sunday) will be mailed out on the following Monday.

I send everything worldwide by first class mail. This doesn't include tracking or insurance. If you'd like this included please let me know either before or at time of purchase and I will revise the shipping cost. If you would like me to send items by second class post please contact me specifically about this before purchase and I can therefore adapt shipping prices for you.

I do my best to make the safest package and hold onto all mail receipts as proof of delivery, therefore please note that I am not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not refund or exchange unless an item is faulty. If you receive an item that is faulty please contact me before leaving feedback and I will do my best to help you. If items are faulty you must contact me within 1 week of receiving your product/s.

I will not refund for postage or product costs if your item is lost in the mail. You are able to contact me either before or at time of purchase to request insurance or tracking on your item and I will add this additional cost into the postage.
