Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
All mailed out sales are final according to the shop owner's discretion.
Payment
Taxes will be added to any sales in Maine.
Any non-custom order paid for but not yet mailed out for delivery can be refunded on the buyer's request.
Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, items will ship via USPS and you will be notified via your Etsy account when your package has been mailed and what the tracking info is. International shipment notifications will only have a customs number attached, which you can use to see that your order has indeed shipped, but won't offer tracking beyond that point.
International Buyers are responsible to know the Custom laws for their specific country as we are not responsible for any item as held by Customs. We are also not responsible for any customs charges applied to your packages. The shop will also not falsify the customs form for customers.
