If at First You Don't Succeed, Try Again

I originally opened my Etsy shop in late 2012. I was temporarily unemployed, chomping at the bits to start my own personal business. At that time, I'd just begun to explore the world of beading - I hadn't even heard of bead weaving yet. I tried to sell a few pieces of jewelry I made, but my interest soon fizzled out, as other distractions in life occured.

I began making jewelry on a consistent basis, but I quickly became bored with the basic patterns I knew. I wanted a challenge! One day, when looking for ideas and inspiration, I stumbled across beadweaving. Some of the patterns were so intricate! Certainly it would take years for me to get to that level, but I enjoy making jewelry so much that it seemed like a great goal to set. I became hooked immediately. To me, there's just something intriguing about putting together colorful pieces of glass and coming up with original designs; it kind of reminds me of playing with Legos as a kid.

Fast forward to the present, just a few short months later, and my beading skills have improved in a much shorter time period than I anticipated. I am lucky that I found something that I truly enjoy doing, and now I'd like to start taking steps to turn my passion into my career.

Payment
All payments are made through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay through paypal.com using a debit or credit card. Please note that sales tax may be added to your purchase.
Shipping
I will ship items within 1 -3 business days once payment has been received. Should you request a custom order, I will notify you of the turn-around time to create your item prior to payment. Depending on the item you request, it may take up to 2 weeks for me to ship it to you, as I will create the item after you request it. Should there be shipping delays, I will notify you as soon as possible. Shipment will be via USPS first-class or priority mail. If you would like faster shipping, or if you would like your item to be insured, please send me a message. Note that additional fees will apply based on the expedited shipping and/or insurance you select.

I will provide you with the tracking number upon shipment.

Unfortunately I do not currently ship outside the US.

Please ensure the address you list on PayPal is the correct shipping address, as I want to make sure the item gets to you! :) I cannot be responsible if you list an incorrect address.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the buyer is dissatisfied with a piece upon the shipment's arrival, they have 3 business days to notify me and request a return or exchange. Returned shipping must be paid for by the buyer, though I will cover the shipping cost should I ship out an exchanged item. Clearance and sale items are non-refundable and are not exchangeable. I appreciate your business, and will do my best to ensure you are a satisfied customer!

If you would like to sell my jewelry in your shop, please reach out to me with a message. I do hope my items are given as gifts, but reselling my items is not permitted without my explicit permission.
