***I have opened a new shop and am moving my felt accessories over to You can still reach me by sending a convo to either shop.***

I use wool or wool-blend felt in all of my felt items. The quality and appearance is simply superior to acrylic felt.

I am open to trades and love getting convo's - about anything... Those little orange numbers make my day. So don't be shy! I do not, however, reply to requests for information on how I make my items.

A Note On Safety: If you plan to use any of my items on small children, please supervise them while wearing their accessories. Do not allow children to play with or put accessories in their mouth. If your child continually tries to remove an accessory from her hair, rather wait a few months and try again. They tend to grow out of this phase. If you have any doubt about the safety of an item, please stop using it immediately. Please contact me with any concerns you may have with your purchase.

Please make payment using PayPal. You may contact me if you would prefer a different payment method. The Other payment option is for trades only.
My items are usually completed before I list them, so most items are ready to ship the day after payment is received. If I need to complete the item, it will be shipped at most two days after payment is received. You will receive an e-mail from me with shipping information once a purchase has been made.

The shipping charges quoted are for First Class Mail service with USPS. If you'd like a faster service, insurance or delivery confirmation please convo for an updated invoice before making payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact me.

Unused items may be returned in the original packaging within one week of delivery for a refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, unless I shipped an incorrect or defective item.

I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail.
