Your happiness is our top priority! If you have additional questions about an item - need additional measurements or details, please message us! We are eager to help, and can usually respond promptly.

We provide accurate measurements and photos of each item. For this reason we do not issue returns or exchanges for items that do not fit or for minor imperfections.

Please keep in mind, all of our items are vintage pieces. This means they are not new and most of our items are decades old. They may show natural signs of wear and age. We do our best to list any and all flaws in the item description. However, we may overlook small flaws. Vintage items are often delicate, therefore damage can occur after wear, which is not our responsibility. Please read all the information provided in the listing before purchasing.

SHOES
We have no way of guaranteeing that damage will not occur after wear. We try our best to examine shoes very carefully when sourcing. We do not glue or mend shoes, and as such we only sell vintage shoes that already appear to be in excellent condition. We will not offer returns or exchanges on shoes that break or become damaged after you wear them. Please keep this in mind.

Please do not message us with offers unless you plan to make a bulk purchase (more than four items at once). We are an experienced and professional shop that takes great care in only choosing the highest quality vintage items. We do extensive research on pricing, and we put in a great deal of time and effort into sourcing, repairing, styling, photography, shipping, marketing, and customer service. Our intensive practices and hard work are the justification behind our no haggle policy. We are a small business and as such we must prioritize remaining on budget. We are always striving very hard to advance our business, and we hope that you can support our vision. We do have some great on-going promotions, and we occasionally have section specific and storewide sales events. ♦ Orders usually ship out within 2 business days (not including weekends).

DOMESTIC ORDERS
Shipping options and upgrades are available at checkout. All packages weighing over 1 lb will automatically ship Priority Mail. Priority mail includes tracking, delivery confirmation and $50 insurance, we highly recommend selecting this option at checkout. We do offer Priority Mail Express, however, you must message us to confirm that we are able to ship your package the next day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Based on your desired delivery date you have the option to select between First Class International, Priority Mail International and Priority Express Mail International. Items sent First Class International do not include tracking. We highly recommend selecting Priority Mail International as it includes tracking and indemnity against loss.

***ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS***
You are responsible for your country's respective customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees. We are not responsible for additional customs fees imposed by your country. We will not issue refunds for packages returned to us because of a failure to pay these fees or for any other reason that is not directly our responsibility. We will, however, re-ship the package to you if you are willing to re-pay the original cost of shipping. After we receive your package, you must re-pay your shipping cost within one week.

SHIPPING DELAYS / ERRORS
We take great care in packaging your order before we hand it over to the USPS. On rare occasions the USPS does make mistakes. We are not responsible for any mistakes, delays or damage that your package incurs while in transit. If you notice any errors or delays, please contact the USPS directly immediately. We will not contact the USPS for you. We are only able to see the same tracking information that is made available to you. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your shipping experience, you must file a claim with the USPS, and not with Etsy.

We highly recommend at least selecting Priority Mail and Priority Mail International to take advantage of the more in-depth tracking information and insurance coverage that they provide. Please refer to the USPS website for more information regarding the specifics of each of their shipping methods.

COMBINED SHIPPING
All of our item listings include the item's weight. As such Etsy is able to specifically calculate shipping to your destination. In some instances of orders containing multiple items, Etsy can over-estimate the shipping cost. If you are concerned that the rate Etsy is quoting you is too high, feel free to message us with direct links to the items you wish to purchase and we will do our best to double check for the most affordable shipping rate. We always try to refund any shipping overages that we notice on our own.

EXTRA SHIPPING INFO
♦ All orders are shipped by the address listed on your Etsy invoice. Please send a message ASAP if this address needs to be updated.
♦ On weeks that we travel for buying, items are shipped upon return.
♦ We will not mark a shipment as being of a lesser value for customs or as a gift as that would be illegal.
Additional policies and FAQs
SIZE GUIDE
It's best to follow the actual garment measurements listed rather than rely on a size tag as clothing has changed from decade to decade and sizing differs from brand to brand. "Estimated fit" is just an estimate!

The BEST way to figure out if something will fit is to compare measurements to a similar garment of your own. We recommend selecting a similar garment in your closet; place it on a flat surface and measure straight across from seam to seam with a dressmaker's tape. Or you can measure your own body, but generally it's best to judge sizing if you have a similar style available. Same goes for shoes. If you still have more questions, contact us and we will gladly take additional measurements.

HOW WE MEASURE A GARMENT
• All measurements are taken in inches with the garment lying flat.
• For bust, waist, hip, thigh and ankle measurements please double to get circumference.
• We note in each description if the item's fabric stretches. Please keep this in mind when examining the measurements, and feel free to message us with any questions.

THE MEANING OF 'VINTAGE'
Vintage means items are previously used, and over 20 years old. ALL of our items are vintage. Normal wear and minor flaws can be expected, such as loose threads, slight fading and other signs of age that do not effect wearability. Sometimes we cannot pin point the exact era of origin for an item, and as such we estimate to the best of our ability.

ARE ITEMS CLEANED?
We do our best to professionally sew/mend any flaws and a mild cleaning treatment is given to items if a stain or odor is present. Please note that in the interest of not compromising the condition of our garments we do not launder them, therefore it is up to the customer if they choose to for hygienic reasons.

DO YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE IN STOCK?
This is vintage, therefore we only have one of each item to sell. Most vintage pieces are rare finds that you wont come across again and once something is sold, chances are it’s gone for good. Simply put: If you love it, buy it. Generally we don't have more than one unless in the rare instance it's deadstock (new vintage, found with tags, sometimes found in batches).

COLOR
All items are photographed beneath bright studio lights, causing color hues and vibrancy to appear slightly enhanced relative to natural light. Colors also may differ depending on your computer and monitor settings. All colors are represented as best we can. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the color of an item, please contact us prior to making your purchase as we will not issue refunds for this.

PHOTOGRAPHS
We spend a great deal of time producing professional photographs of the items in our store. As such the photos in the listing are the only photos that we will be able to provide.
