Welcome! We think you will like it here. We sure do.
We currently process all payments through Etsy's direct checkout system. You may may with a major credit card, a debit card with a Visa or Mastercard logo, or even your Paypal debit card. Payments are 100% secure. We firmly believe this is the most reliable payment situation for both buyers and sellers.
We are no longer routinely accepting PayPal payments. If Paypal is your ONLY option and you would still like to shop with us, please send a convo to make arrangements and we may be able to accommodate you.
We ship quickly, almost always within 72 hours, excluding weekends. We use both first class and priority mail for domestic and international orders, based mainly on the weight of the item. We are happy to use Express Mail at your request for an additional charge. Express Mail arrives domestically overnight and internationally in 3-5 days. Please contact us for more details. Generally, domestic orders arrive in less than one week. Please be aware that international orders can get held up in customs & take a while to arrive. While we hate it, this isn't our fault. We ship quickly, but sometimes you really have to be patient on international orders. We don't know what they are doing with these packages in customs either! We just know sometimes it takes a long time. Please be aware that customs charges and duties are your responsibility and vary from country to country.
Refunds and Exchanges
WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS FOR ITEMS THAT DO NOT FIT. We take extreme care to measure each item accurately, so please take note of the measurements. We recommend that you compare the measurements to something you already own that you know fits you well. Sizing estimates are just that, estimates. The only way to know for sure is to check the measurements provided. We are very easy to reach via convo. If you have any questions regarding fit, just ask before you purchase. We will happily assist you. Again, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items that do not fit. If you are unhappy with your purchase for some other reason, please convo us to work out a solution.
Further, we do not offer order cancellations. Please be sure of your order before you place it. Canceling an order after it has been placed causes unnecessary work for us. Thank you!
