Please send us a message PRIOR to placing an order. Please include the exact listing link you are looking to order, cup colors (if applicable for your item), quantity, shipping zip code and need by date for us to approve the rush request.

If approved, we will let you know how to order with Expedited (rush) Production. Rush fees vary based on quantity.

Please DO NOT include the specific date you need your items by in the "notes to seller" box at checkout. We will not see your note until we start production and may be too late for your need by date.

If you want something different than what is included in our listings, please request something custom within the listing of item and message us prior to placing an order. Depending on the change, custom design fees may apply. Custom orders will need to be agreed upon via Etsy conversations prior to placing an order.

Sometimes we have minor imperfection items from our vendors that we don't sell full price. These items have minor aesthetic imperfections that make the specific cup not 100% perfect, like a small issue with the glitter insert or powder coating, small scuff to a clear cup, or a bubble in glass. There is nothing wrong with the function of the cup/glass, lid or straw (if applicable), or vinyl personalization. Limited quantities available and color and item style vary based on inventory. We do discount these items so if you are interested please message us requesting more information on the minor imperfection items and also include exact style cup/glass, cup color (if applicable) & quantity, and we can then provide additional information.

To keep production flowing smoothly, we do not send digital proofs prior to printing. If we have any questions or missing information with your order, we will contact you via Etsy conversations.

Yes! If you are shipping to the same address, you can add multiple listings from our shop to your cart at 1 time. Please add each listing to your cart to order together for combined shipping which is automatically calculated at checkout. There is only 1 note to seller box at checkout so include all details for all items in that 1 box.

If you are shipping to 2 different locations, you will have to place your orders separate.

If your item has a pre-tied bow or comes with clear gift wrap (will be noted in specific listing), the bow color options are the same as the vinyl decal colors. All bows are solid colors.

Ex. If you wanted a bow to match the "shimmer" or "chrome" vinyl colors, you can include that color as the bow color, but it will be a solid bow that matches the shade of the vinyl color. The bow is not shimmer or chrome.
