Thanks for visiting our shop, Sparkly Pony!!! Our goal is to make the finest, affordable, hand made designs for your home and body. We want to put a twist on things and a smile on your face. We love your face.
We prefer to accept Paypal and credit cards directly because it means we can get your item to you as fast as possible. We also accept money orders, but we can't ship until the payment has cleared!
We ship all of our packages weighing under 4 lbs through the United States Postal Service. Packages over 4lbs are shipped via FedEx.
Unless stated otherwise, all orders under 14 ounces ship via USPS First Class mail which can take up 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your door after we notify you that your product has shipped.
Items weighing between 15 oz and 3lbs 15 oz ship via USPS Priority mail (i.e. 1 or 2 tissue covers).
We include delivery confirmation within the United States on all orders.
Any customs fees are considered the responsibility of the purchaser. Every country is unique in whether or not you will face a tax/fee. We ask that you be aware of your country's regulations. Some countries also charge a holding fee when taxes or tariff are charged upon import.
Orders over 4lbs will be shipped in multiple packages.
International customers must wait up to 30 days from ship date for their item to arrive.
Refunds and Exchanges
We can work with refunds on products for a time period before, and, up to 10 days after your product arriving at your home.
We recommend keeping the original packaging to return the item, or we will send a detailed list of free USPS packaging that can we picked up 24 hours a day at your local USPS store.
We can also provide the nearest address and phone number to your local USPS along with help/instructions on the best, and easiest way for you to make the delivery.
Upon arrival of your returned item (which usually takes 1-3 days in the contiguous U.S.A. ) we will provide a full item amount refund OR send a replacement product if available.
Refunds cannot be given until product is returned and must be returned using our prepaid label so it can be tracked.
*Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds on items for reasons such as not liking the color or for not liking an aspect of the item that was noted in the listing.
Items shipped to an incorrectly provided address can either be reshipped for the price of postage or the product price refund given.
We ask that you be certain of your selection and realize, as noted, that color may very from monitor to monitor.
Additional Policies and FAQs
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Any customs fees are considered the responsibility of the purchaser. Every country is unique in whether or not you will face a tax/fee. We ask that you be aware of your country's regulation if this will end up being a concern.Unfortunately, the only way Sparkly Pony could cover these fees would be to raise the shipping price, and then transfer payment back to the purchaser through Paypal. We have yet to have any notice of such taxes/fees, but are aware that this is a possibility.
At times, we are able to complete a custom whale from outside of our normal production plan for $10 extra, per whale. That way we can work after hours to get your whale to you, on time for a special event.
