Adorable Accents

Hi there! I'm Emma Neely, the owner and creator of Adorable Accents. I grew up in the South, so I love a good county fair, prefer boots over heels, and always mind my manners. I have a bachelors degree in Organizational Communication from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and I'm a proud alumna of Alpha Delta Pi. I married the love of my life in April 2012, and we have a cute little house and a precious little furbaby named Bella.

Being from the South, monograms are a way of life. Adorable Accents grew out of my love for monograms and creating personalized gifts for family and friends. Adorable Accents is a double entendre. Some might say Southern accents are adorable, and the products we sell are adorable accents for your life and home.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
❋ We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
❋ Payment is due at the time of purchase.
❋ Orders will not be sent to production until payment has been received.
❋ Payment is processed immediately upon submission of an order. We do not place temporary authorizations or charge settlements upon shipment.
❋ We do not have the access or authority to alter a payment. Any additional products or fees will need to be paid for in a separate transaction.
❋ Any questions regarding payment should be directed to PayPal or Etsy as all payments are processed by those channels.
Shipping
❋ All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. UPS or FedEx may also be used in certain situations.
❋ A tracking number will be supplied with every order upon shipment.
❋ Tracking numbers are not generated until a package has shipped, so we are unable to provide that information beforehand.
❋ Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting an order. Address changes are highly discouraged as it must be manually updated upon shipment.
❋ We will not be held responsible for packages lost in transit. Packages shown as 'delivered' cannot be replaced.
❋ Insurance is available for an additional fee. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please contact us prior to shipment.
❋ International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Please allow ample time for international orders to be delivered as they must go through customs and take longer to be delivered.
❋ Any fees associated with international customs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not alter customs forms in any way to help avoid or lower those fees.
❋ Please contact the carrier directly if you have any questions regarding a shipment. Packages are out of our control once they leave our hands, and we can only see the same tracking information that has been provided to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
❋ All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or returns will be granted except in extenuating circumstances. In most cases, store credit will be given.
❋ Please remember that the design process begins as soon as your order is received, which does not allow room for cancellations.
❋ If a product arrives damaged or an error is made by the manufacturer, a replacement will be issued upon return of the product. It must be returned and received within 14 days of delivery, and replacements will be subject to our current production time.
❋ Please be sure to double and triple check personalization, as orders will be designed exactly as they are received. We will not be held responsible for customer input errors.
❋ Monograms are traditionally designed in first, last, middle order with the last name being the larger, center initial. All monograms will be designed following traditional monogram etiquette unless specifically instructed otherwise. Please be very clear when entering personalization by providing both the initials and full name. Refunds will not be given when the monogram desired differs from traditional etiquette and we are not instructed as such.
❋ Personalized items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
❋ Cancellations will not be granted after an order has been sent to production, or due to any information found in our policies or the description of a listing. This includes production time, shipping methods, and all other information listed on this page.
❋ We will not be held responsible for any damaged incurred to products after delivery, whether it be accidental or from natural wear and tear.

➥ Production Time
❋ Our current production time is 3-5 weeks plus shipping.
❋ Our current RUSH production time is 1-2 weeks plus shipping. Please contact us if an item is needed sooner as an expedited rush may be available.
❋ If an order is needed by a certain date, please let us know prior to ordering. Rush production may be available and we will do our very best to accommodate you!
❋ Please remember that every item is custom made and will take time to complete.
❋ Orders do not always take 3-5 weeks, but they may also take longer in certain situations. Please know that we are aware of each order’s timeframe and will get your order to you as quickly as we can.
❋ Production time begins after all designs are finalized, meaning all information required to design the order is received and all requested proofs are approved.
❋ Please do not message us asking when your order will ship. Our current production time is listed, and your order will ship in the timeframe specified.
❋ The ship date on the receipt of your order is an estimate, not a guarantee. It is provided to give you an estimate of when to expect your order to ship. Please do not message us if your order does not ship by that date.

➥ Proofs
❋ One proof may be requested per order. To request a proof, please let us know in the note to seller box at checkout. It will be sent in 3-5 business days (M-F, excluding holidays), and each additional proof is $5.
❋ Proofs are sent via Etsy message. Your order will not be sent to production until all designs are approved.
❋ We are not responsible for delayed orders due to unanswered proofs.
❋ Color matches cannot be guaranteed due to differences in monitor settings.
❋ Designs are printed on various materials, and all examples are computer generated images. Due to this difference, the finished product may vary slightly from the computer image shown. We do our very best to depict items as accurately as possible from virtual to physical, but there is no way to completely remove that void due to the online nature of our business.

➥ Communication
❋ A receipt will be emailed to the address associated with your Etsy account at the time of purchase. A shipment notification will also be sent to that address when your order is shipped.
❋ We are normally not in contact during the order process, but we will be sure to let you know if we have any questions or if an issue arises. It would be impossible for us to update each individual order during the production process, so order updates will not be sent. Our current production time can be found above, and all orders will follow that timeline unless otherwise specified.
❋ Our primary form of communication is through Etsy. Email will only be used after multiple attempts of contact have been made.
❋ Should you have any questions that cannot be answered here in our policies, please feel free to message or email us and we will be happy to assist you!
