We recommend you remove your jewelry prior to showering, washing dishes, swimming, etc. to prolong the life of your jewelry pieces.
Repair service for bracelets/necklaces
We want to make our customers happy and ensure you are satisfied with the lifespan of our products! Because of this, we will be providing ONE complimentary repair service for all our jewelry items. You can mail the item back to us (message us for the return address) and we will remake the bracelet band/necklace chain for you. You would be responsible for the return shipping + shipping costs for us to ship the item back to you.
Returns
We will allow returns / exchanges for unworn jewelry items. Please message us for the return address. You would be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you are requesting a refund for an item, we will refund you the cost of the item but NOT the cost of shipping upon receiving the item back.
