1 out of 5 starsDISHONEST seller! Pillow well made --- but dishonest person. When I ordered the poppy pillow for my daughter, it was pictured with a red backing. She loved it and I ordered it for her for Christmas. When I received it, it had a striped backing. I noticed it, but thought maybe my daughter wouldn’t care. But she did. When I contacted the seller, I told her of the problem, but that I had re-read her listing and now it said it would have a striped backing with a button closure. So when I contacted her, I told her I really hadn’t seen that when I ordered it, BUT if it was there and I missed it, I would consider it my mistake and no correction would be expected. I told her all I expected was for her to be honest with me. The next day I hear from her stating I had liked the pillow and if I had wanted another backing, I could have chosen any color I wanted as THE LISTING STATED. 24 hrs before it didn’t state that at all. Again I went to re-read it and she had changed her ENTIRE listing to support her answer to me. So I will change the backing of the pillow myself. I can do that. But I want other buyers to realize in advance that you should make a copy of her listing when placing your order or make sure what you want is stated in an email so you can make sure you receive exactly what you want. I've been buying on Etsy for years. This is the first dishonest seller I have met. How sad she can't work something out without being dishonest when she creates such nice work.
