Refunds or exchanges will be honored if: 1. an item was incorrectly sent to you (our fault) 2. an item is defective in manufacturing (our fault) or 3. your item was damaged or lost during transit but you purchased parcel insurance when you ordered. One futher exception is if you convo us with any size or item concerns prior to ordering - we may offer an exchange to you on an individual basis.

We want you to BE HAPPY with your purchases! Please convo us if you have any questions or problems.

If you received an incorrect item, please email us and we'll get the correct item out to you ASAP! "Incorrect item" is defined as an item that was not on your original receipt, something that was inadvertently shipped to you instead of the item on the original receipt. If you incorrectly ordered an item no refund will be allowed. Please read the descriptions fully, to make sure the item you put in your cart is the item you wanted.

Remember - these products are handmade, hand-printed, and handcrafted...some differences, distressing or anomolies may be seen...that is the nature of artwork and makes each item unique. No returns or refunds will be given for this reason. Thank you for your understanding!
We accept all major credit cards and via Paypal and direct checkout. As of 01/01/13, California residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax on all purchases.
PLEASE NOTE: A LOT OF MY PACKAGES GO THROUGH CALIFORNIA WILDFIRE AREAS - recently some people have experienced wait times up to 2 weeks to receive packages. I cannot help or change this! If you want overnight or two-day shipping, please upgrade to the "Rush Delivery" option so we avoid USPS. Thanks for your consideration!

Orders will be packaged with care and shipped promptly - within 3-5 *business* days after processed payment (unless otherwise noted in the listing).

Art prints will arrive matted (unless otherwise ordered or mentioned in the description), hard-backed and in a cello wrapper, and will be shipped in a hard-sided envelope or box for protection. Large original artwork may be sent brown-boxed and shipped parcel post, unless you specify differently. Orders will be shipped in either bubble or hard-sided envelopes and Priority Mail boxes - whichever is most efficient and cost effective.

We carefully wrap, package and ship all orders and will NOT be responsible for any breakage or damage that occurs to the package while it is in transit by the post office, unless you purchase insurance. Please convo us if your item doesn't make it to you. If you wish, you can purchase parcel insurance by emailing me or sending me a private message that you would like to upgrade your shipping charges to include insurance charges. Then, when your package is sent, you will be given a tracking number so you can follow it's transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please note: shipping charges listed for International orders are for Parcel Post only and can take 4 - 5 weeks for you to receive due to customs and transit delays. It also does not include insurance. If you wish your item/s to go International Priority Mail - please email or convo us and we'll figure the additional charges for you! We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to customs and transit processes. Thank you for your understanding!
