All orders are currently being processed within 1-3 business days. MADE TO ORDER and PERSONALIZED orders are being processed within 5-7 business days. This time frame does not include shipping time. Shipping time will vary based on the shipping method selected at check out. If you need your order shipped sooner, send us a message BEFORE placing your order.
Got an idea in mind but don't see it in the shop? Send me a message ! We would love to work with you to create your dream tee, tumbler, tote bag, or whatever else you have in mind !
We LOVE to create custom products for weddings, birthdays, baby announcements, and more ! If we do not have a product you want in the shop, send us a message! We might be able to get it for you since we’re always looking to add new items to the shop :)
SHIPPING POLICY

DELAYS- Once your order is in transport all delays are unfortunately out of our control. We will not issue any refunds for packages that are delayed during transport. If your package is lost or still has not arrived after 4 weeks in transport, please send us a message and we will reship your order.
LOST/STOLEN - We are not responsible if your package is stolen/lost. If tracking marks your package as delivered we will not issue a refund.
RETURNED TO SENDER - if your package is returned to sender (us). We will offer you the option to pay a reship fee (price varies based on package dimensions + weight) or we will issue you a refund with the cost of shipping to you withheld.
DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY

Although we do not accept returns or exchanges, if the item or items you ordered arrived damaged in any way please contact us within 2 days of the delivery of package. Please include in your message pictures of the damaged goods, a picture of the box or mailer, as well as the shipping label included in the pictures.
