I specializing in unique color combinations in my paper straws as well as my little wool pom balls! I love to add just the right amount of color to make the party or event that much more meaningful. Our paper straws are such a fun and affordable way to add that touch of whimsy or sweet detail to any event. I started offering wool pom balls that make adorable garlands or cake toppers!! It is my pleasure to help other families spread a bit of sparkle and whimsy to their celebrations and to be a part of their memory making!

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
•If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact Cherry Sprinkles upon receipt of your order. We want our customers to be happy! If an error was made by our shop, we will happily cover a replacement to you.

•We do not offer returns on our straws. Straws are typically used for food and beverages and cannot be returned because of health and safety reasons.

•Garlands, Poms, Sack are returnable within 30 days of purchase if in perfect condition. Buyer pays return shipping costs, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please message me to arrange a return. Custom orders and/or orders greater than $200 may be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return. This amount will be subtracted from your return value.

•Items returned to Cherry Sprinkles after being marked "refused, un-deliverable, addressee unknown, etc" by postal service: In this scenario, still no returns on straws. We will require the buyer to re-pay any new shipping fees. Any items still being held by me 60 days after the original purchase will be discarded or donated. If the error was mine, these rules don't apply!

**"Cherry Sprinkles", is not responsible for lost or damaged goods due to shipping neglect, (see shipping policy if a concern). I try to package my items safely so no damage may occur. I try to represent my items with honest photos and descriptions to the best of my ability. Please, please ask or convo me with any additional questions before purchase is made.**

PAYMENT
I accept PayPal, Visa, Master card, Discover, Amex, Money Order and Check

You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card: simply click next to the PayPal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given the option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account.

Payment is expected upon order. Your order will not be shipped until I receive payment.

Reserved listings are created with the expectation you are going to purchase them, items will be held for you for 7 days, after that they will be restocked.
Shipping
**I package your orders carefully and i try 2 add a little something lovely or sweet packaging for your special order♥

SHIPPING
Please double check the processing time of your selected items. We ship items very quickly, BUT if an item is sold out...processing time will reflect when it will be ready to ship.

All items ship from Driggs, Idaho. We currently ship within the US or to Canada, (international upon request).

Please make sure your ADDRESS is correct at checkout. It is the buyers responsibility to enter their correct address. Messaging me AFTER your order is placed to correct your shipping address may delay your order and increases the likelihood of shipping errors.

-The cost of shipping includes the cost of shipping materials (box or cushioned mailer,special extras) and USPS First-Class postage, or Priority mail. Delivery confirmation is included on all US & International orders when available. International orders could only be tracked in the USA, and after that, they are out o my hands.. Tracking number is sent with a shipping notification email once an order ships. I visit my little local post office almost everyday, so you can have your lovely goody faster!! Please note if you are ordering from outside the United States it takes a MINIMUM of 2-3 weeks and up to 3 MONTHS for packages to arrive and this is out of our control.

**In most cases, I do not ship invoices for orders. If you need one, you can visit your Purchases page here on Etsy and print one for your records.

ADDRESS
All orders are automatically shipped to your ETSY address. No refunds, returns, exchanges or redo orders will be accepted if an order is shipped to an incorrect address. Buyers are responsible for having their accurate address listed at all times.

TIMELINE
All orders ship within 1-3 business days. I happily accommodate rush orders. If you need your order shipped sooner than the expected shipping date, please message me to confirm that your order can be shipped by the date needed.

►►Note: I can only guarantee a shipping date, NOT an arrival date. I don't ever issue refunds or returns because a package doesn't arrive on time. It is the buyers responsibility to place an order with enough time to receive it by their deadline.

HOLIDAYS
Orders shipped during the holiday season (November - December) may take longer to arrive due to the high amount of circulating mail. I recommend placing orders at least two weeks in advance, one month for international orders, to ensure that they arrive on time.

RATES
My shipping rates include postage, mailers, packaging materials and the cost of business essentials and supplies. All rates are fairly calculated and are non-negotiable.

Upgrades in shipping and insurance are available at the request of the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL
International shipping takes a MINIMUM 2-3 WEEKS AND CAN TAKE UP TO 3 MONTHS TO ARRIVE. Once we mail your package we have no control over how long it will take to arrive to you no matter which mail class you have chosen to have it sent. Tracking for First Class Mail is available to some countries, but not all at this time. We cannot guarantee your package will be tracked once it leaves the United States. You may upgrade to Priority or Express International to speed up the time it takes for your order to arrive to customs in your country, but it can still take your country's customs additional time to get the package or notice of arrival to you.

*If you want to insure your package you need to contact us as that is an additional charge. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES:
International orders may have duty and/or tax fees that are due when your order arrives depending on the country. That is your responsibility as the customer to be aware of the duties and taxes for your country. We have no control over who may be charged a duty tax and what that might be. All orders are marked MERCHANDISE on the customs form with proper values of the items in your package.

BUYER HAPPINESS
A buyer's happiness is the most important part of my business. I work very hard to do everything I can to create pleasant and memorable experiences shopping with me. If you have a concern about your order, please return the courtesy I have shown you and write me BEFORE leaving feedback. Any problem can be peacefully resolved and trust me, I appreciate good customer service, too. I'm on your side.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Refunds and returns are available only before an order is shipped or after an order has been returned in the condition it was sent. Either must be requested within seven days of purchasing/receiving an item. Buyer pays for any and all return postage. **No returns on our Paper Straw Products!!!

Please Note: If you choose to return an item, shipping costs and listing fees will be deducted from your refund total. Shipping costs after an item has been shipped are NOT refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds, returns and exchanges are not available on custom orders, sale, clearance or Paper Straw items.

LOSSES
Please be aware that once a package leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of the postal service to get it to your doorstep. I understand that packages can get lost. I ship every order with a tracking number to prevent this.

If for some reason your order never arrives and the tracking information shows it hasn't made it to you, I will wait fourteen days (US orders) or THREE MONTHS for (international orders) before reshipping an order or issuing a refund. Sometimes a package gets held up before reaching its destination. Refunds on INTERNATIONAL shipping after 3months, will only be for the product sold!! REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN ON SHIPPING on ANY orders after this time as i am not responsible for the shipping system after product leaves my hands!!!

DAMAGES
If an item arrives damaged, I require photo documentation of the damages before making any decisions. I would be happy to resend an order or issue a refund in this case.

Note: Damage means broken or unusable. Since my supplies are mostly unbreakable items, this only applies to listings that contain damageable materials. I do NOT replace items that are damaged by misuse.

COUPON CODES
A coupon code that is used in my shop must be used DURING checkout, not after. I do not refund discount values after an order has been placed for any reason. It is the responsibility of the buyer to apply the code to the checkout value before the order is completed.

I am not obligated to give a discount to a buyer who does not follow instructions on how to acquire a coupon code off-site.

GUARANTEE
All buyer claims and concerns are taken seriously. I do my best to run this business as smoothly as possible but I can make mistakes. Please understand that I am only one person doing it all and will help in any way I can.
