Returns and exchange details
Returns will only be offered for items that have been GROSSLY misinterpreted. We do not offer refunds on vintage items that do not fit, you find distasteful due to personal preference such as fit or style, or have already been worn. We take extreme care when measuring each vintage piece and note any and all flaws present at the time of listing. In the event that a flaw occurs during the shipping process or we have missed an imperfection we did not note, please feel free to contact us regarding a refund. If you ship back your item that we did not already approve for refund, you will NOT receive a refund. Some garments may be pinned to models to give the illusion of fit. This will always be noted in the listing. Please, contact us with any questions regarding unsatisfactory items prior to leaving negative feedback. We are always willing to work out issues you may have with your purchase as long as they follow our refund and exchange policies.

Shipping
All prices are listed in USD. Shipping is done on weekdays only. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, unless necessary. Most items within the US have free USPS first class mail or priority shipping depending on the weight. If you would prefer an alternative shipping method or need an item delivered by a specific date, please contact us. Tracking codes are included on all US orders. We offer combined shipping on all items. International customers are happily welcome! These international orders will ship USPS first class mail. Please note that we are not responsible for any import taxes and or duties, which may be due upon the garments arrival to your country. This will be the customers responsibility and is sometimes a factor in international orders. All shipping fees are calculated by the weight of items purchased. Do you take returns?

Desert cat only accepts returns for items that are grossly misinterpreted. We do not offer returns for items that do not fit or that you are unhappy with due to reasons outside of the overall quality and condition of the garment. Please check all measurements carefully and view all detailed photos before purchasing your item. We are more than happy to provide additional photos or information on a garment.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Your order will be processed and shipped promptly. Please, ask all questions regarding garments before making a purchase.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped 1-3 days of cleared payment. If you need an item quickly, please contact us so we can accommodate you. Please remember that we do not ship on holidays or weekends unless necessary.

Can I reserve an item?

Yes, we are more than happy to reserve items and will do so for up to seven days or one week.

Sizing?

All garments are measured on a flat surface, with bust, waist, and hip measurements doubled. Any elastic waistlines or stretching will be noted. "marked vintage size" is the size on the tag of a garment. Vintage sizes usually run smaller than today's, so please keep this in mind. We recommend that you focus on the listed measurements, and compare them to something you already own in your closet.

How are garments dated?

We take great care to research each item to insure that it is vintage. This includes researching the brand, style, country of manufacture, etc. We date all items to the best of our ability, and to insure that each item is true vintage. We have done all the work so that you don't have to!

Care instructions

Every order is washed or dry cleaned before shipping out to its new home. We recommend that you pay close attention to care tags on your new garment, to ensure you get the most life out of your new garment as possible. If no care tag is present, we are more than happy to provide our customers with recommendations on how to launder a garment.
