I purchased one of the hand painted skirts for my wedding and am absolutely thrilled with the purchased. The designer was great to deal with, she listened to what I was looking for and helped come up with a design that would work for my outdoor wedding and personal style. The skirt arrived on time, it fits perfectly and the painting is exquisite. I will be sharing photos following the wedding. This dress is just stunning! I put it on and immediately felt like a bohemian Goddess! Light, flattering, and extremely well made. Prior to going wedding dress shopping, I looked online to get an idea of what style I most gravitated to. I must have looked at 250+ dresses and nothing "wowed" me until I saw Leila by Anya Dionne. I was nervous about ordering a custom dress that I had never tried on, but Anya and Beth were great to work with and answered any and all questions I had. I knew if I didn't order Leila I would regret it. She was definitely "the one". This dress is so very "me", and I cannot wait to wear her on my wedding day. She's perfect! I would recommend Anya to anyone looking for something that can't be found "off the rack". Will post photos of her on after the big day :)

Anya was great working with me to figure out what I might need for my wedding dress ensemble. Even though I didn't end up buying from her (the sequins skirt I was looking at would've been too busy to pair with my top), the fabric was very high quality and I only wish I could afford to still buy it to wear out to fancier events. Her customer service was absolutely superb :)

In all honestly, there's no point in taking a photo as it arrived EXACTLY as described in the original listing (painted dress). It's gorgeous, and the handwritten note from Anya was so sweet! Postage was so quick that it wouldn't let me post this review for another 17 DAYS (I think it was 3 business days? From Canada to Australia! I purchased a sample...) Best communication ever.

I watched this skirt from the moment I got engaged, in March 2015. I love the way it draped, loved the rosy tone, loved the sparkle. I ordered this in early 2016 and sent measurements in April. Anya is an absolute delight to work with. She's calm and reassuring. She responds with lightning speed. She's helpful and patient. Her instructions for measurements were super thorough. I received my skirt a month after sending measurements, way faster than my expectations. I was so nervous about fit that it was really nice to know I'd have the piece long before my wedding and could try it on repeatedly. Still, I wasn't prepared for just how perfect the skirt would be. It is delightful and it loves the light. It is a perfect combination of classic style and modern flair. I will feel like a queen getting married in this skirt. Thank you!

I'm not a "white dress" kind of girl. So I spent months search bridal shops, etsy shops, and online shops for an affordable wedding dress that fit me well, was comfortable, and wasn't too stuffy/fussy/glittery, all while being classic and beautiful. Tall order! I tried on hundreds of dresses. I ordered Merindah as a gamble because it was a sample, and was really disappointed when the dress was a bit too low cut for me. I messaged Anya, and for a small additional fee she made me a new dress, exact to my specifications. (jaw drop!) Anya was super communicative as she made my new dress, and it was done right in the time frame she promised. My new dress came today and it's a dream. It fits so beautifully, the details are gorgeous, and it's better than anything I could have imagined! Bottom line: Anya is incredible!
