After 3+ years of Divine Designs, I have decided to lay down my business.
This definitely wasn’t part of my business plan for 2019, but it is so God and so good.
I never thought I’d say it, but I’m overjoyed to close down shop. I don’t know exactly what everything is going to look like in the future, but I have a deep peace about laying down my business whether it’s for 6 months, 5 years or forever. Since I made this decision I have felt freedom like never before, rest, peace and so much grace for this! I am full of excitement and expectancy for all the Lord has for this new season of life!!
I will still create pieces from time to time, but only at my own leisure—not as my job. I may* sell the designs I make in my free time, but I will not take any custom orders. If you’ve visited my website the past 2-3 weeks you’ve noticed all but about 5 items are sold out. Those are the LAST 5 items I will have for sale, so if you’ve had your eye on a design now is the time to go grab it!
I am SO thankful for each one of you. Thank you for following along with my business journey and for all your support over the years. Y’all are seriously amazing.

Just keep in mind that it doesn't necessarily look exactly like the picture since the creator uses the picture of another model of the same product. My frame looked more painted over and less "white" but still very pretty! I think I'm just disappointed that I had to pay an extra 31 francs upon delivery in addition to having paid 65 francs for delivery when I had placed my order. I have had heaver/larger products shipped from more distant states in the US with no extra shipping fees so I'm a bit confused about these custom taxes and the owner said it was not her responsibility which I understand...

We take inspiration from the great outdoors to bring you quality, handcrafted home decor that will last through the generations.
Lauren Gordon is a self-taught woodworker who began her business adventure on a leap of faith in 2016. Her business was born in Crestview, Florida after she decided to take a different route in life and quit college. Lauren had no idea what God had in store, but knew His plan would be exciting, so she jumped head first into the unknown. After throwing away scholarships and her perfectly planned out life, the Lord quickly began to unlock passions & creativity she never knew she had. Now that her hands were empty, she was able to receive the gift of a business that the Lord was wanting to place in her hands.
Lauren's business originally involved painting canvases & doing calligraphy, but it organically morphed into woodwork as she began to try new things and broaden her skills. Now, Divine Designs is a thriving business celebrated for its original wooden designs that are hand crafted in the Florida Panhandle by Lauren and sold all over the world.
When she's not in her workshop covered in sawdust, Lauren loves being outside in the fresh air finding inspiration among the mountains and trees. Lauren's desire is to express the beauty , love, and creative nature of God through the works of her hands and the through the relationships that are formed through her business.

Frequently asked questions
Turnaround (Processing) Time & Shipping
Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks for each item. I do try my absolute best to get each order out asap, but 2 weeks is the maximum processing time. Please note that turnaround time is the time it takes me to create your special piece and it does NOT include the the time is takes to ship (which varies for each person depending on where they live).
I have no control over what happens to your package once USPS picks it up from me (weather delays, etc).
You do have the option to pay for a faster shipping method at checkout, but please note that ONLY speeds up shipping time and NOT processing time.
If you need an order shipped out in under 2 weeks, please message me before ordering so we can discuss that possibility.
