4 out of 5 starsThe item is well made but more attention could be paid to the finishing. The back band portion of the ring was lumpy and the ring overall was matte gold...in the photos it is shiny. Perhaps this is due to the matte finish, but the gold is more similar to 10kt rather than 14kt in color.

I wear it all the time and love how beautiful it looks in person. It has so many unique and realistic details. It almost feels otherworldly and ancient. Christi was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions in addition to providing updates on my order. She also assisted me with making a larger size of the ring that was not listed. I highly recommend working with her on your future purchases!

"Gotta put the rocks EVERYWHERE!"
It dawned on me not very long ago.
I've become what I wanted to be "when I grow up".
I young, with a vigorous mind focused on animals, art and rocks. It was suggested that I pursue fashion as a career and so I made an attempt. I attended an Art School, received best portfolio and moved along in the field.
But…it never quite "did it" for me….
All along, I became more and more involved with stones. Admiring, collecting, hoarding. Suddenly the need for a birthday gift spawned a crystal pendant on the fly.
This combined quickly with a chance meeting/ connection with a scruffy, old hippy who made brass trinkets from his garage and led to my initiation into the world of lost wax casting! From there, my interest in jewelry was peaked. It's become my crack and everyday I improve, constantly tinkering and contemplating my next move.
Obviously, my passionate love affair with gems and minerals has been enveloped by this new interest. Please stick around with me and lets go places!

Returns and exchanges

- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed, but I will do my best to work with my buyers. Returns for this shop incur a 15% restocking fee to be deducted from refund amount if applicable. Please contact me immediately with requests and information so that we can agree to new terms. Refunds and exchanges are not required by Haxan due to lost or damaged items by the postal system. If buyer prefers insurance and tracking, buyer must contact me before or upon purchase and must pay additional fees.
Refunds will be administered (after both parties agree) if there is a malfunction of the piece due to my negligence in construction or representation. This does not include natural wear and tear or the buyers disregard for disclaimers listed with the item at time of purchase.
Exchanges must be agreed upon between buyer and seller first, and will require buyer to pay additional fees for relisting, sold order, and any shipping cost.
Buyers are responsible for import tax, customs and VAT fees.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment
In addition I personally require payment within 5 days of purchase, UNLESS previously communicated otherwise through conversations and agreed to between seller (myself) and you the buyer.
If, after 5 days, no previous communication has been made regarding payment schedule, I will attempt 2 contacts. After 10 days of purchase, and no payment or contact, I will start the cancellation process through Etsy.
Items will not ship until payment in full has been received.
Shipping
Available items will ship within 5 days of payment, although generally ship the next day or two. Items made to order take up to 3 weeks to receive in most cases. Contact us before purchase for a more accurate turn around time. Items will NOT ship until I have received payment. If shipping may be delayed for some reason, I will contact the buyer immediately to discuss and agree upon next action. This may include a refund and/or cancellation of transaction.
INTERNATIONALLY:
International buyers are responsible for any import tax, customs or VAT fees. Haxan is not responsible for delays in customs or returns of items due to lack of signature, payment or pick up. See "returns" for restocking fee.
Haxan is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items once left in the care of the USPS. Haxan is NOT required to offer a refund or exchange in these cases.
