1 out of 5 starsThe customer service at this shop is as bad as other shoppers have experienced. My multiple towels were lost in the mail, and the owner was unwilling to help me in any way, even after several emails. While it is her policy, I would definitely beware as a potential buyer.

I would never order from them as their customer service needs a lot of work. I wasnt even asking for a refund and was met with hostility and contempt immediately. Unbelievable
