My name is Kerry Kaye and I'm an Artist from California. I was brought up with fellow family members who were artists and I took my art lessons with the President of the Art Association in Ventura County, California. I painted on and off thru the years while I raised my 3 sons. Now that my children are grown I'm now focused on bringing my work into the forefront. I'm also a writer and photographer and I have volunteered my skills in Photography Film work and Editing to the University Dance Company at UCSB for the past 6 years. Besides photography my favorite medium has always been acrylic although I'm not limited to said medium, it's just my favorite..
I use only the HIGHEST QUALITY PROFESSIONAL GRADE ACRYLIC PAINTS and GALLERY canvas for each one of my original, paintings, EACH PAINTING IS A GALLERY QUALITY PIECE OF FINE ART. No paintings are ever rushed, or mass-produced, great attention to quality and detail is poured into each painting. Each piece is an original. All original paintings are one-of-a-kind, HAND-PAINTED by Kerry Kaye in her studio. Kerry Kaye's paintings are purchased & displayed in private collections.

***PRINTS*** - I will be releasing a select few of the images of my paintings for the creation of Limited Edition Prints, Giclee Prints on Stretched Gallery Wrapped Canvas, Acrylic Panels, Framed Prints, and Cards. Once the Print limit has been reached, the painting will be removed or replaced. I will list some prints of paintings from time to time as both paper prints and canvas prints on Etsy and www.kerrykaye.com I am often asked about texture on prints. PRINTS DO NOT CONTAIN THE TEXTURE FOUND IN ORIGINAL PAINTINGS, however, the overall look, feel, and colors are true to the original painting making prints a wonderful option for certain budgets, or if the original you love has been sold. I personally manipulated the color after paint production using my artist's eye in adobe and I try my best to get the print edition as close as possible to the original.
