Shop Leanne

I'm a graphic designer by day, but all things design and art related are also my passion. Paired with my love of paper based designs and invitations, and you have "Shop Leanne"!

The items in my shop are mostly born out of requests. My sister came to me because she wanted to host a Parisian event. She wanted an invitation that would remind her of our time in Paris - remembering the five minutes of rain while atop the Eiffel Tower, our exclusive tour of an authentic Parisian parfumerie, snacking on delicate hand-crafted chocolate from the bottom of the Louvre and shopping on the Champs-Élysées. That's how the Parisian invite was born, and that's where my shop started.

You may also find the odd handcrafted greeting card available in my shop. These are evolutions out of my YouTube channel of the same name, Shop Leanne, where I explore more of the hands-on side of design with fun and creative homemade cards and greetings. Be sure to keep an eye out for those, as these will be limited runs!

I take a lot of care and consideration when designing my items. I want to set the mood for the perfect event, while creating something that's truly unique and helps my shop visitors turn into party planning rock stars! If what you're looking for isn't available, just send me a note and we can chat about how to create the perfect custom item just for you.

Welcome to my Etsy policies page. Every item in my shop is personally created by me. I put a lot of thought and attention to detail in everything I make - hopefully you will enjoy the items as much as I love creating them.

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
I do not offer refunds for mail lost or damaged. I will add shipping insurance however, if you do make that arrangement with me before or immediately after your purchase.

No refunds for digital or customized items.
Payment
All forms of Etsy payment are accepted.
Shipping
All of the items I create are made with a lot of care, and therefore if I'm shipping items to you I ensure to pack them just as well. I always use heavy duty envelopes with extra protection.

Digital download items are available through Etsy immediately after purchase. Custom digital downloads will be ready for you within 1-2 business days. All tangible items ship through Canada Post letter mail, the next business day after payment is received. If you would like insurance, or express post on a snail mail order I will be happy to provide that as well. Please just contact me to let me know.
