RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We don't accept returns or exchanges as the items are all custom and made to order.

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

CUSTOMIZED items are not returnable. However, if we make any error or mistake on an item, we will gladly replace it at no charge to you. You will simply need to message us with a photo and an explanation of the error.


CANCELLATIONS:

Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

We will gladly accept cancellations within 2 hours of ordering placed.
After 2 hours, if the shirt has not been ordered or started on I am happy to cancel and refund the order.

FEEDBACK:

If there's an issue, please contact us for a resolution prior to leaving Feedback, so that we may have the chance to correct any problems.

We work hard to make sure each and every customer is completely satisfied. Our feedback rating is a reflection of our service to our customers. If there is any problem please send us a message. Thankfully we have about a 1% error rate or less but we do make mistakes. However If we have made an error in your order please contact us and we will correct it right away.


SHIPPING:

I cannot be responsible for replacing an order if the wrong address was entered in Etsy. If the item is returned or needs to be remade and reshipped there will be additional costs. However, if it was our mistake we will ship the correct order ASAP.

I am not responsible for items that have been marked as "delivered" from USPS. You will need to contact your local Post Office if you have not received your package

International orders are shipped First Class International mail or Priority Mail.
Please note that orders placed outside of the US may be liable for customs duty/import taxes on delivery, this is entirely out of my control as are any delays in delivery due to customs interventions. Payment of such customs amounts are the responsibility of the person the package is addressed to.
Payment
We currently accept Paypal & Etsy Payment. An existing Paypal account is not required to pay via this method. If you would like to pay with any major credit card, simply select Paypal as your method of payment in the Etsy checkout, click on the green "Pay with Paypal" button, and follow the steps to pay with a credit card. Paypal will simply facilitate the transaction.

If you pay via echeck with Paypal it takes 3-5 days before the payment clears. Your order will not be started until the payment has been cleared. This delays production time by 3-5 days.

LIBERTY GRACE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ’s)

Thank you taking the time to review Liberty Grace's FAQ’s. If you did not find the answer to your question, or, if you still have further questions please send us a convo and we will be happy to help. We usually respond within 3 hours during business hours Monday - Friday.


1. How long does it take before I receive my item?

Current Production time frame is: 3-5 business days.


2. I sent a convo message how long until I receive a response?

We try to answer convos in a timely manner, in 2-4 business hours from receipt (Eastern). At peak or holiday times it may take 5-12 hours for us to reply. If it is after 5 pm or on the weekends it may be the next business day before you receive a response.

3. How do you ship your items? What level of shipping is FREE?

Orders to the USA are shipped FREE via US First Class Mail.

If you would like to upgrade to US Priority Mail which is 2-3 business days you can change the shipping method in your cart.

International orders are shipped regular mail (Parcel Post) and typically take 10-21 days. If you need your item sooner than either of these options please contact me via Etsy Convo with the zip code or country and the date you need the item(s) for and I can check into the various shipping options.

4. If I need the item quicker than the time frame listed can I request a rush order?

We do offer a rush service If we have the availability to add your order into the production queue. PLEASE contact us first to see if we can accommodate the rush request. The rush fee is $10 ($25 at peak times) per item ordered. For your order to be processed in 1-2 days. You can keep free shipping first class mail for US orders or you can upgrade to 2-3 day US Priority Mail. If you need to adjust the order to be express shipping which is next day that is also an option available to you at an additional charge. If you need a rush please convo us with your zip code, or Country, and the needed by date, to confirm we can accept a rush order and to set this up prior to purchase.

We have a limited amount of rush orders we can accept and physically make and ship in a timely manner while still staying on schedule with our current orders. If we say no to your rush request we are very sorry. We need to balance the orders we have and make sure we do not over commit and under deliver on getting everyone their custom shirts in time.

5. Do you offer gift wrapping service?

We do offer gift wrapping. We have gift boxes that fit the 3 different sizes of items that we make. Gift wrapping is $8. This includes the box, Birthday or Christmas wrapping paper, ribbon, and a gift note. Please send me a convo requesting gift wrap and we can add the $8 to your order. Please let us know if it is Birthday or Christmas gift wrap that you would like your items wrapped with.

6. Can I have my item shipped directly to the gift recipient?

Yes we can ship the item directly to the gift recipient. You can enter the ship to address as the recipients or if you place your order and the ship to address is your home address please send me us email or convo with your last name and order date and provide the new ship to address.

7. Do you include a receipt with the purchase?

We do not include an invoice or receipt with my orders. We have a large number of orders that go directly to the gift recipient and therefore do not include an invoice or receipt.

8. What if I need more than the quantity that is listed?

We custom make every item in our shop and would be happy to add more quantity to a listing that is low or sold out. We can produce any amount for the items that we have listed in our shop.

9. Can I change the saying, font, design or add a name to the design?

Unfortunately we are not able to make any custom changes. After 10 years of having a custom personalized embroidery and shirt business at this time we are not offering any custom changes to the designs in our shop.


10. I received my item and the shirt is incorrect what can be done?

If we made an error in size, color or design when we created your shirt we will gladly produce a new item and ship it to you at our cost. Please contact us with any issues.

If the mistake was an error on the customer’s part like incorrect design, size, or color ordered, the product will need to be reordered, reshipped and reproduced. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are not able to resell the item. As a result, we are not able to accept returns of our products.

Our business and our customer’s complete happiness with my creations is very important to us and we take this very seriously. If there is anything you are unhappy with please send us a convo and we would be happy to work with you to resolve the issue as best we can.



SPECIFIC PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Shirt Sizing:

We use the best Canvas and Bella Softstyle shirts with a unisex preshrunk fit that are made true to fit. We recommend ordering your regular t-shirt size.

Please make sure to scroll through the photos on each product listing page to see our size chart. The measurements for our shirts are listed there as well. Take your favorite tee at home and measure from armpit to armpit. Compare that measurement to our size chart and choose the size that reflects that measurement


Shirt Application & Care:

All of our shirts are made with a commercial screen print transfer applied with a commercial heat press. They are not vinyl lettering.
