10 Business Days - We start on your lettering files within 2 days of ordering and then your items are pulled and wait in our to be embroidered shelves. We sell more items per day than we can embroider in 1 day.


All Items are made to order & not ready to ship. Typical production time frame is 10 BUSINESS DAYS, before your order is shipped. Then USA orders are shipped 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail. International orders are sent regular mail which typically takes 10-21 business days. For orders over 4 lbs we typically send them UPS Ground as the shipping cost is lower than priority mail.

If you would like to pay for an alternative shipping method please contact me and I would be happy to look into other options. If you pay with PayPal via PayPal Balance or credit card your order can be started in my current production queue. **Please Note that E-Check payments take 3-5 days to clear and will delay your order being placed in the production queue.** If information is missing about your personalization details your order will not be able to be started.

You will receive a personal email from me within 24 -48 hours of ordering, it may be in your spam or junk folder or sent to an email account you don’t use regularly, PLEASE review the confirmation email for personalization details and shipping address. Your item will be made as you have specified in the notes to seller at check out. If there are any questions regarding your order you will be sent an email or convo to clarify your order prior to the confirmation email being sent. You do not need to reply to the confirmation email unless there is something incorrect. The expected SHIP BY DATE is listed on the Confirmation email. I am usually a day or 2 early or on that exact date. ***PLEASE check the email account that you have registered with your Etsy account for any questions about your order, as this is how I will contact you and where the confirmation email is sent.***


Once your order is received we send out the order confirmation. Then your name is set up in the software, then your order goes into the to be embroidered queue, after that ribbon is sewn on the apron if needed, then the item is packaged, lastly shipped. Some days there are more items to embroider and ship than can be done in one day. We process the orders in the order that they are received and the orders that are missing personalization or have question will be set aside until we hear back from you.

Memento typically can make all items 10 business days after they are ordered, and ship them on the 10th business day. During peak volume and holiday seasons the time frame may change from 10 Business Days to 14 Business Days or longer if needed.

I believe that our selection of products, with your personalized touch, offer your friends and loved ones a gift that is as unique and special as they are. From all of this, Memento was launched.

Welcome & thank you for visiting shopmemento. My name is Terri and I excited to share my creations with you. I started my business in Oct. 2007 and have successfully grown my business on Etsy from 1 embroidery machine to now having 5! I spent the first 3 years working on all the orders and convos with contract seasonal helpers as needed for peak holidays. In August 2011 I hired my first full time employee to take care of the large amount of convos that my shop receives and to help me with setting up all the embroidery lettering files. Next I needed someone to help me with packaging and shipping and with the embroidery side of things. We iron items prior to embroidering, hooping items, cutting stabilizer. There are lots of steps with embroidery. In April 2012 I hired my 3rd full time employee and moved from my basement to a commercial shop space. We do not have a retail set up in our shop it is more of a studio type shop for us to answer customers, set up embroidery files, embroider, sew, and ship Memento's personalized products. As of September 2012 we now have 6 full time employees plus me! We are like are own little sisterhood or sorority of women that love to be crafty, creative, sew and share are artistic talents. Memento shop hours are Monday - Friday 9-5 Eastern. During these hours we try to get back to convo messages within 2-5 hours if not sooner. On the evenings and weekend Terri does check the convos and will respond to as many as she can but sometimes they are not answered until the next business day.
