Shipping
Understandably, things get lost in the mail or stolen. I am not responsible for your order after it has shipped and in the hands of USPS (unless they are sticker only orders).
If your order does not arrive due to being lost or stolen, you will have to file a claim with USPS. I am not responsible for giving a refund or replacing your items.

What if an item is missing from my order?
I take video of each order that comes through and shipped. Each video shows the customers information, order, items, and sealing.
If I so happen to miss an item, I will send it to the customer at no expense. I will only ship to the previous customers name and address.
I have had my fair share of scammers and thief’s to know what policies to put in place. On top of the steps above, I will also be filing a claim and investigation into the package as well.

Refunds
Refunds will only occur if item is missing or damaged when item has delivered to the customer. All items are hand packaged and quality checked when packed.
For damaged items: I will check when your item arrived, to when the claim was made. I will allow a 3 day grace period from the arrival of you package to the date of your claim. After 3 days, you will not be able to receive a refund. This is to prevent scamming and money loss on my end. I am not responsible if you decide not to open your package weeks after delivery.
