I got the 12.5” (was what I was guessing the right size would be). Just to make sure I got my measuring tape out and measured around my neck not too tight with it pointing slightly down and chose the size based on that. The quality is great, too. Shipping was incredibly fast. The packaging was beautiful and the handwritten note was a wonderful touch. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
