Our current lead time is about 2 weeks (USPS holidays are not included as business days) but will be updated with each listing. Please be sure to take this into account when placing your order. If you need a rush order, please contact us prior to purchase and we will do our best to accommodate.

NOTE: This timeline begins when your order is placed, payment is received and all of the required personalization information, fabric choices, sizes, etc. is received. If personalization information is missing or unclear your order is not officially placed & time frame started until I receive all of the required information for your order. If any part of the order process is confusing or you have questions please contact me. Thank you for your understanding!

If you need items quicker please contact me BEFORE ordering, as I can accept a limited number of rush orders depending on my current schedule. Unless arrangements are made prior to ordering, your order will be shipped according to my current lead time. There will be an extra charge for rush orders. Thank you so much for your understanding!

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges as all items are completely custom just for you.
If an error is made on our end, we will do whatever is necessary to correct the problem. However, we will need to be notified within 2 business days of the stated delivery on the tracking information to quickly accommodate any issues.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Supplies for your custom items are bought promptly after purchase. Therefore, cancellations and refunds can only be offered for up to 48 hours following purchase.
