I have spent thousands of dollars on the Etsy site since discovering it about 2 years ago but I have never been so thrilled about a purchase before! I cant even find the words to express how much I adore this little bag! Its better than I could have hoped for and it arrived in 8 days!!! Now that is amazing considering it came from the US and I live in Canada... from St. Louis MO to Richmond BC in 8 days WOW!! THANK YOU

I paid an extra hundred dollars for rush shipping and it came totally broken. Their idea of packaging safely is taping a ceramic plate in between two sheets of styrofoam. I immediately sent them pictures of the shattered plate still taped between the foam, then when I asked for a refund I was told I could not receive a refund until I printed a new label, dropped it off at usps, and it was scanned. When I finally dropped it off I asked for the refund and I was told they wouldn’t issue it until usps scanned the package. Keep it mind it was over $200 for the broken plate. This didn’t sit right with me and I expressed my grievances, I was accused of attempting to bully the shop by the representative… absolutely no costumer service skills. Totally rude, inconsiderate and aggressive. Hard pass.
