Hello!
I'm Tiffany and I am the owner and designer of Pick, Print, Party! I am a surface designer with a passion for designing patterns to be used on many products. I love to create fresh and fun designs that can make people smile. I have recently pivoted my business to offer more printables that can be used for at-home activities, small gatherings and virtual celebrations, home office - things we are seeing as a norm these days. Please ensure that you have the compatible software to open to files. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the .PDF files. Should you have any further issues, please contact me and I will try my best to help you.

THE COLOURS PRINTED ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE COMPUTER SCREEN. WHY IS THAT?
Unfortunately, all printers have different outputs. As well, different paper used may also affect the outcome of the prints. All items are designed using standard Pantone colours suitable for printing.
HOW COME I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY FILES?
You will receive your downloadable files once your payment has been confirmed. As with all Etsy orders, it may take up 24-48 hours for payment to be confirmed. You should receive an email when your files are ready.
