I wanted to gift them something that would be both meaningful & beautiful. These prayer beads were just that. You can see these prayer beads are made with high quality material and handcrafted with care. The Etsy shop owner was also so thorough and prompt in replying to my requests. Communication was excellent! I also received my items rapidly and each one of them was packaged well. I definitely plan on purchasing more items from this shop.

However, upon finding out, the shop owner reached out to me and offered to send me another in the correct color. She wanted to make sure I was happy with the purchase, which really shows that she cares about her customers. I really appreciate her doing this, and I would really recommend buying from this shop. I’m very happy with the item that was sent to me, it is exactly what I wanted!

1 out of 5 starsHad to purchase three time the same article as a gift for my mum as it kept on breaking each time and beads falling apart. Customer service is not good !: seller irresponsive. does not respond much Exchanged the first time after several follow ups, then started ignoring all my messages. Tasbeeh was beautiful but will no longer make business due to lack of customer service.

• I do ship worldwide. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada via Canada Post
• I will ship to the address on your Etsy account, but for alternate address please contact me
• If you would like insured and faster shipping or a tracking number, please contact me
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Canadian (domestic shipments) - up to 2 weeks
• USA (international shipment) - approximately 1 - 3 weeks
• Other destinations vary according to location
Because Pins and Pearls already offers a super reasonable pricing, I am unable to be responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by shipping companies, postal services or international customs on mail/parcel delivery that may arise. Unfortunately once I mail packages out, I have no control over it.

Custom and personalised orders
Custom and personalized orders are always welcome. If you see something you like but need it in a different colour, or have an idea of jewelry. Please convo me and I will make it happen :)
Care instructions
♥ Protect all your jewelry from air. Oxidation (a process that occurs in the presence of Oxygen) causes most inexpensive and expensive metal to change color. The best way to care for your jewelry/hijab pin is to store them in a zip lock bag (protecting it from air and moisture) and then place it in a airtight contain.
♥ Always practice “last on, first off” policy when it comes to your jewelries and hijab pins. Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on, after you’ve applied any cosmetics (including hairspray, lotion, or perfume). Remember wearing hijab pins while your hair is still wet,will tarnish your pin. Why? Because water contains oxygen, and it will cause oxidation!
