What is the condition of your items?
Please have realistic expectations when buying vintage.
Vintage clothing is at least 20 years old.
I try my best to mention any flaws within the description, but please keep in mind that general signs of wear are to be expected.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Combined shipping rates are automatically calculated when you add two or more items to your cart.
Will this item fit me?
Vintage label sizes typically run smaller than modern sizes.
Detailed measurements are provided within the description. For the most accurate fit, compare the measurements to a similar garment you own.
If you are unsure about the size or appearance, please message me prior to purchasing and I will be happy to provide additional information.
When will my order be shipped?
I ship items within 1-3 days (Monday - Friday). All orders are shipped via USPS.
Do you clean your vintage garments?
Due to the nature of pre-loved vintage, the majority of my items are sold “as-found”, unless noted in the condition.
All sewing repairs have been made prior to photographing each item such as open seams, missing buttons, and loose hemlines.
Lost packages or Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If you provided an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost or I will refund the item amount (shipping is not refundable). Orders will not be refunded until the item(s) are returned.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a secure package drop off point. Packages marked delivered will not be refunded. If a package is stolen or otherwise disappears after delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their local Post Office.
