Why isn’t my candle staying lit?
This problem occurs when you have burned your wooden wick a time or two and the wick has attained burnt edges. Gently snap off the burnt part of the wick that is folding back. This should fix your problem. If you have any questions please message us.

9oz candles burn 35+ hours
20oz candles burn 45+ hours

Care instructions
Follow these instructions to ensure you get the best candle burning experience.
-Each time you burn your candle, allow wax to attain a full melt pool. This will prevent tunneling in the wax.
-In between uses, when the wax is cooled completely, gently trim off any burnt edges of the wick. Be sure to remove all trimmings and debris before relighting.
-Always burn your candle in sight, and on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
-Keep away from pets and children.
