Hi there! I'm so glad you've come to visit my store SOULMATES, and I hope you decide to make a purchase here!

SOULMATES features jewelry inspired by everything natural, from the materials I use to the colour choices, inspired by bohemian styles that I love so dearly. I strive to make my jewelry unlike everything else, to give you something new and different, by exploring new ways of wrapping crystals into pendants, incorporating bones into jewelry, et cetera. I hold a belief that jewelry can become very important to the owner, as well as what the jewelry consits of. I research all of the significance behind my crystals and bones, and create jewelry pieces with those messages in mind. Everything is made with an appropriate vision and idea behind the nature of the materials.

My bones are sourced ethically online and are treated with great care. I use no fakes! I spray them with acrylic sealant to preserve them, making them last longer and retain their beauty.

My crystals are sourced from a variety of places, including eBay, as well as local dealers in my area, including the wonderful Waloosi's in Leominster, MA.

My suede (and chain) is purchased at local crafting stores, and Leather Cord USA. (Online.)

Payment
Accepting PayPal only. Payment must be issued immediately during the buying transaction.
Shipping
Items will be shipped USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL with a tracking number. I will also offer the option fo USPS PRIORITY with a tracking number for an additional fee.

Examples:
• From 01432 (Ayer, MA) to 92867 (Orange, CA), FIRST CLASS takes approximately 3 (three) business days.
• From 01432 (Ayer, MA) to 92867 (Orange, CA), PRIORITY takes approximately 2 (two) business days.

Delivery date estimates for FIRST CLASS vary for non-US destinations. PRIORITY is not available for non-US shipping, because it is really freaking expensive. (Starting at $16.95 for United Kingdom residents.)
Refunds and Exchanges
(Returns only!) DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK BEFORE REQUESTING A RETURN. Please send me a message promptly upon receiving your purchase. It is my hope to give you a pleasant experience and transaction, nothing less.

Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer, sorry! I reserve the right to ask the buyer for estimated delivery date for returned items (this is to gauge when an item might be lost in the mail) so please keep a record of this delivery date when shipping the item at your local post office.

Refunds will be issued only if:
• Item is damaged in transit (I will request that you send the item back)
• Item is lost (please wait for two weeks after estimated item delivery to contact me)
• Item is grossly misrepresented (I will ask what left you unsatisfied, so that I can take measures to avoid having such misunderstandings/miscommunications to happen in the future.)

Refunds will be issued once the item has been accepted. If item ends up being lost in transit, I will still issue a refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
• RESERVES: Want me to reserve an item? I will hold an item for up to seven days. If you see an item you like that is reserved, keep an eye on it! Some members back out of buying at the last minute, and you might get lucky!

• 'CUSTOM' ORDERS: while I do not, at the moment, officially take custom orders, if you see an item you like that has been sold, or wish for me to make a duplicate (matching set), send me a message. I might be able to work something out for you!

• PLEASE LEAVE FEEDBACK! I will send you a unique 10% discount code for positive feedback received. It will build my reputation as a seller, which is very important for me. Once you leave feedback, I will leave feedback for you as a reliable buyer, boosting your reputation on Etsy too!

• NEGATIVE FEEDBACK POLICY: If you have had an unpleasant experience with SOULMATES, please message me BEFORE leaving negative or neutral feedback so that I can help rectify any issues you have with my products.

• NECKLACE CORD/CHAIN ALTERATIONS: When placing an order, leave me a message through the Etsy's message field or Paypal's message field if you want a different cord or chain style than what is pictured in the listing, as well as desired length! I change these up at no extra cost!
