The Doll House started as a hobby and now has a location on Etsy, Ebay, Mercari, Facebook and occasionally does local flea markets! Growing up, I (Veronica) have always watched my mother craft and make something out of absolutely nothing. It was inspiring to see what she could come up with, though we are terribly different in style (what kid isn't?!) I decided to take that same passion and imagination with me and put my own obsessions and likes into it. All of the pink, glitter, rhinestones, make up, animal print etc later, The Doll House was born. <3

Returns and exchange details
Due to health risks, ALL cosmetic items are NON-RETURNABLE. All returned items must be in complete original condition along with your order number. All shipping charges will be paid by the buyer. We do not refund shipping.

Damaged orders must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your items thoroughly upon receiving. We will ask that you provide a photo of the damage and your order number, please have that readily available when you contact us. Damage reported after the 24 hour period will no longer be refunded or exchanged. In the event an item is damaged, please contact your local Postal Service to file a claim.

Customs: Every detail of your custom order is recorded and made to your liking. All personalized items are designed specifically for you and cannot be refunded/exchanged unless it is damaged. Please be positive the item is made exactly how you want it before shipping. Double check colors, spellings, sizing etc. You will receive a photo of your customized item during its creation process. If you see something you do not like during this time, please make note of it and we will change it for you. We try our best to get all customized orders exactly how you want them.

Colors may vary based on your computer settings and screen resolution, which is outside of our control. If you need additional photos, please do not hesitate to ask. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges due to this matter.
Payment
The Doll House accepts all major credit cards and Paypal. All of your personal information is secure when using these payment options.

If interested in other forms of payment, please contact The Doll House prior to purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping
We offer the lowest price on shipping charges via USPS, please keep in mind that this can vary on delivery times. Rush shipping is available for a fee.

We ship FREE anywhere in the US.

International orders will be subject to a shipping fee. This charge will be based solely on your location, which will be calculated before purchase. You are responsible for all taxes/duties/customs in your country.

All orders located within the US will come with FREE tracking to help you locate your package at all times. Due to international orders, we can not offer this to customers outside of the US, however you may upgrade your shipping to priority or express to receive a tracking number.

Orders paid through PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD will only be shipped to the address listed on theirl account. If you would like your order shipped to another address, please add it to your account and select that address upon checkout.

Please note that these are the average transit times, but they are not guaranteed.
US Customers: 3-9 Days
International Customers: 2-6 Weeks

Keep in mind during Holidays, natural disasters or high volume shipping, these times may be extended. If you are placing and order needed for a deadline, please do so further in advance. We are not responsible for delayed packages once it leaves our office.

CANCELLATIONS:
Please note that all cancellations must be made between 12-24 HOURS from your time of purchase.

Instock Items: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours.

Custom Orders: Cancellations must be made within 12 hours. Your order will no longer be able to be cancelled after 12 hours. We order materials and products immediately after the 12 hour time frame to ensure your order gets completed in a timely manner. All custom projects are designed specifically for the buyer.





PROCESSING TIME:
All US orders will come with a FREE tracking number. You will be able to see when your order has left our location and exactly where it is on its route to you!

Instock Items: Instock items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days upon receiving cleared payment and after the cancellation period is met. During that time, a tracking number will be given to you either through PAYPAL , email or both. In the event of a delay, you will be contacted.

Customs: Customized items can vary in time. Once we receive cleared payment and the cancellation period is up, we will begin ordering any materials we need to complete your creation. Custom orders will begin as soon as all materials are present. Upon ordering, you will be given an estimated time frame for the creation process. Once the item is finished with the creation process, we will ship within 1-3 business days. If a customized item is needed for special event deadline, a fee can be added for rush orders. Please let us know ahead of time when ordering a custom item if this is necessary. Rush order shipping is also available.





LOST/STOLEN/UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS:
We are not responsible for LOST, STOLEN OR UNDELIVERED packages. We do recommend purchasing insurance, if this is something you would like to do, please let us know and we can calculate the price in your order total.

All US orders will come with a FREE tracking number. With this number, you will be able to see your items location through transit and upon delivery, the tracking will say "DELIVERED". If your tracking says delivered and your order is not there, please contact your local post office.

Please ensure your order is being shipped to a safe location.

We are not responsible for items being returned by an undeliverable address. Please ensure your address is 100% correct upon checkout. We do not confirm shipping address with you before orders are shipped.

If a package is arriving by UPS/FEDEX/ETC and you are not there to pick it up, they will leave a note for future delivery.

In the event an item is returned to us, you are responsible for future shipping charges. If you no longer want the order after it has been shipped and returned, a refund cannot be given.

If there is a problem with your order, such as damages, please CONTACT us first. We strive to do our best and receive the best possible feedback for our transactions.

Coupons will not be re-credited or refunded after purchase. All coupons are rendered once the order is placed.

If there is a problem that needs to be solved, please contact us before leaving feedback. We strive to do our best and will gladly do what we can to make sure a resolution is achieved.

Submitting a CUSTOMER PHOTO after leaving your feedback automatically gets you a 10% OFF coupon for your next order. Limit one discount PER order. There is no limit how many orders you can make, just remember to submit a photo for each one to get the discount. These coupons will have an expiration date.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY MAKEUP BRUSHES?

Makeup buildup and bacteria can live in ANY makeup brush or sponge no matter the quality or store it was purchased from. If you are using your brushes on a daily basis, cleaning them weekly is recommended.

Clean your bristles with a baby shampoo, dawn dish soap or a brush cleaner. (You can usually find them in the beauty section.)

Make sure you get ALL of the soap out of the bristles during rinsing.

Air Dry.

If possible, hang your brushes upside down to help the water drain out. If liquid is still in the bristles and the brushes are laying on their sides, the liquid can eventually loosen the glue holding the brushes together.

This is RECOMMENDED with ANY makeup brush you have in your arsenal, not just your "Doll House" brushes.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME MY ORDER WILL BE FINISHED?

Due to increased popularity,
Turn around time is anywhere from 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. That does NOT included weekends. Please keep that in mind when ordering, especially during the Holidays.

Orders are usually done in a few short days, however, things happen in life that cannot be anticipated.

If you need an order before the turn around time (7-10 BUSINESS DAYS) You may purchase a RUSH ORDER package and/or SHIPPING UPGRADE. Please note: they are TWO totally different things.

Our 7-10 BUSINESS DAY turn around time DOES NOT include shipping time. The USPS is responsible for shipping and we do not have any control over packages in their hands.

CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER FOR ME?

Of course we can. 😍 If you see something you like, but want to alter it a little bit, turn a holder into a cup, put a quote on something else, have an idea for a special event or if you have something in mind that you don't see on our shop, just send us a message.
