Returns and exchange details
>> Due to health risks - All cosmetic items are non-refundable.

>> All returned items must be in complete original condition and packaging.

>> All shipping charges will be paid by the buyer in the event of a return. Once the item is a confirmed return, you will be refunded - minus the shipping charge from the original purchase. We do not refund shipping charges once an order is shipped from our location.
>> "Veronica's Vanity" accepts all major credit card, Etsy gift cards and Paypal. All of your personal information is secure when using these payment options.

>> If you're interested in other forms of payment, please contact "Veronica's Vanity" prior to purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you.
>> We offer the lowest price on shipping charges via USPS. We also combine shipping if you are ordering more than 1 item.

>> International orders are responsible for all taxes/duties/customs in your country.

>> All orders located within the USA will come with FREE tracking to help you locate your package at all times. Due to international orders, we can not offer this to customers outside of the US.

>> Orders will only be shipping to the address on your Etsy account. If you would like your order shipped to another address, please add it to your account and select that address upon checkout.

>> Please note that these are the average transit times with the USPS, but they are not guaranteed. Rush shipping is available for a small fee.
US Customers: 3-9 Days
International Customers: 2-6 Weeks

>> Keep in mind during Holidays - natural disasters or high volume shipping, these times may be extended. If you are placing and order needed for a deadline, please do so further in advance. We are not responsible for delayed packages once it leaves our office. If you have an issue with your package being stuck in transit or not updating - please contact the USPS 1 (800) 275-8777 and have your tracking number handy - They will be able to assist you.

>> Processing Time

>> Items can vary in time. Upon ordering, you will be given an estimated time frame for the creation process. Once payment clears, The creating will begin. Once it's all ready to go, your order will ship within 1-3 business days.

>>If an order is needed for an event/birthday/etc - Please notify Once we receive cleared payment, Veronica immediately. A small "rush fee" may be added. This can be purchased along with your items.

>> Lost/Stolen/Undeliverable Packages

>>"Veronica's Vanity" is not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages. Purchasing insurance is highly recommended.

>> All USA orders will come with a valid tracking number. You can view this number online at and trace your orders location. - If an item says "delivered" and you didn't receive it - please contact your local Post Office.

>> Please confirm that your shipping address is 100% correct. We do not confirm shipping address with you before orders are shipped - triple check yourself.

>> In the event an item is returned to us - you are responsible for future shipping charges. If you no longer want the order after it has been shipped and returned, a refund cannot be given.

>> If there is a problem with your order - please contact "Veronica's Vanity" before leaving a negative feedback. If your order arrived broken/damaged - Please provide photo proof - We will need this to file a claim with USPS.
