Returns and exchanges
I will only offer refunds in very special circumstances; in general, refunds or exchanges will not be given. Please feel free to contact me before ordering of any questions regarding color, size, or fit. No refunds will be given on custom orders.

In the case of a refund, the item must be returned within five days of receipt and be unused. I must be contacted before the return. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
I accept credit/debit and PayPal as forms of payment.
Each item is made with care for you, and I will do my best to get orders shipped out quickly, but please allow up to two weeks for your order to be shipped.

All orders will be shipped USPS first class or priority mail.

Unfortunately right now I'm not offering international orders.

I cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during the shipping process and refunds won't be issued.

I would love to work with you on a custom piece! I ask that you allow at least two weeks for completion, especially if yarn needs to be ordered. All custom orders will be final sale.
