Payment
I accept cheques, money orders and paypal. If you want to pay by creditcard it is not necessary for you to have a paypal account of your own. Just choose paypal and it will walk you through the steps. Still not sure of how to pay? Send me a convo and I will help however I can.

If payment is not received within a week of purchase, the item will be returned to the shop for sale unless you have contacted me with an explaination.

Items paid for by cheque or money order will not be shipped until the payment is in my hands and the funds have cleared.
Shipping
I ship with standard Canada post. If you need your purchase to arrive quickly, send me a convo and we can make arrangements to ship it with a courier or expedited canada post.

I can ship a gift directly to the person it is intended for, but, you must let me know this at the time of purchase. I can include a gift card suitable to the occasion for no additional charge. Just tell me what to write, and I will fill it in for you!
Refunds and Exchanges
I want to be sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact me, and I will do whatever I can to make it right.

If you need a refund or exchange due to damage sustained in shipping, I will need photos of the damaged package and item for insurance purposes BEFORE a refund/exchange will be granted.
