Please excuse the confusion on the categories as we are trying to get things divided by size to make it easier for you to find the correct sized shirt. Please check in the style category (we still have shirts in multiple sizes in the styles) and your individual size in our categories.
Shoulder Shirts™ are designed for post surgery patients, seniors, hospice, stroke and others with limited arm movement. They are wonderful for breastfeeding. Most of our Shoulder Shirts™ open at the shoulders with hook and loop fastener (velcro like) for easy access while dressing. We do have a couple of styles that open on the sides with snaps.
Sizes range from XXS to 3X (M-4X in men/unisex styles). If you have any questions, please contact me so we can get you the shirt you want in the fabric you will like. Or you can contact me directly at shouldershirts [!at] yahoo.com. I do not have many 3X premade so feel free to contact me if you would like any shirts done in different fabrics or desire more than are listed. (FYI - 3X is not available in all styles.)

Frequently asked questions
Sizing details
Shoulder Shirts™ tend to run a bit large to accommodate braces and casts. The last picture in each listing is a size/measurement chart for that style of shirt. The last couple of measurements are the approximate actual circumferences and length of the shirts. The chest circumference should be 5-10" larger than your actual chest circumference. You need to be able to easily pull your shirt up over your hips.
(I do not recommend ordering the next size larger than you normally wear without first checking these measurements.)
You should also note that the knit fabrics do give and are going to fit looser than the woven fabrics which don't have as much give to them.
Care instructions
Shoulder Shirts™ are made primarily from polyester and/or cotton blends and knits; this allows for comfort and easy care while you are recuperating. However, for those who have asked for the more natural fabrics, we do have a few of cotton, rayon and other natural blends. Be sure to look for them. The shirts are machine washable; I recommend cold water wash and hanging or lying flat to dry. (Please note that the cotton fabrics may shrink a bit with the first washing; we have compensated for this with extra length on the shirts.)

If you do not see a size in a fabric listed, please contact me to see if we have more fabric available. We have lots of additional fabrics and I can work with you to get something you will like and feel comfortable in during your recuperation. Shoulder Shirts™ goal is to make life easier during your difficult times.
