Thank you for your interest in my etsy shop. Please review the following policies carefully to better assist you.

Customer Service

Showcase Bridal is committed to providing you the best customer service possible. My goal is to make your transaction as easy as possible and that you are delighted with your purchases. Custom Silk Design Request Policies and Procedures

I gladly accept custom request, whether it’s for your wedding, anniversary, prom, special event, home décor needs or a gift for someone special I will work with you and within your budget to fulfill your design needs and to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.

Placing your order 12 to 14 weeks prior to your wedding date is highly recommended. When contacting me please include the following information so that I may have a clear understanding of your design needs. Floral design style, sizes, quantity, wedding colors, flower type and color, budget and wedding date.

Once we have finalized the details of your wedding package I will create a Custom Listing for your review. If you find any errors or wish to make any changes please contact me before you purchase your listing so that I can adjust it accordingly. After your order is completed any changes will require additional charges. I do require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all custom orders which is due once your order is listed and the balance due upon notification of final listing prior to shipping. By purchasing your custom listing you agree to the terms and policies as stated in Showcase Bridal’s shop.

I recommend that you send me a swatch of your wedding colors and email pictures of your bridal party’s attire, favorite bouquet style or anything you feel would assist me in designing your wedding package. Please contact me for a mailing address.

During the peak wedding season I can only reserve or guarantee your wedding date if you have submitted your deposit. Custom orders can average 12 to 14 weeks and are completed in the order in which they are received. Shipping dates are an estimate and not a guarantee that your order will ship on a specific date. If you need a rush order please contact me for fees and availability. If for some reason a substitution or additional time is required to complete your order I will always contact you prior to making any changes.

Once your order is completed I will update your listing with pictures of the finished wedding package for your approval along with the remaining balance. The balance must be paid for within 3 days of listing or your order will be cancelled unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon.

Your items will ship within 7 buisness days after your final payment has cleared and includes a tracking or delivery confirmation number which I will email to you. I highly recommend purchasing insurance to protect your order once it has been shipped.

Returns and exchanges
I am committed to fulfilling your floral design needs and take great care in ensuring you receive exactly what you have envisioned for your wedding day. I work closely with you during the design stage and welcome inquiries during production
Due to the fact that all of the items in my shop are made to order all sales are final and deposits are non-refundable.

If a package is refused by the buyer and returned to Showcase Bridal and delivery was attempted by the date of the event than Showcase Bridal considers their obligation fulfilled and the refused order will be liquidated at Showcase Bridal's discretion to cover costs and damages incurred.

If for some reason you are not delighted with your purchase once it arrives please contact me prior to leaving any feedback so we can rectify any issues. If the items need to be returned for adjustment please contact me within 3 days of receipt for a Return Merchandize Authorization # (RMA) for tracking purposes. The item must be in new condition in its original packaging. No return authorization will be issued for items once the wedding date has passed. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal. You can pay by credit card through PayPal without being a PayPal member. Payment is due at time of checkout.
Shipping
Please note that all listed shipping charges include the cost of packaging and shipping materials.

Combined shipping is available whenever possible.


US Shipping:

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground, Fedex, USPS Priority or USPS First Class Mail. A tracking or delivery confirmation number is provided on all Wedding Package shipments. Your shipment can take from 5 to 10 business days to arrive. Insurance is available for an additional fee based on the value of your purchase.

If you need your order sooner please contact me for expedited shipping options and fees. Express shipping is by USPS Priority or Express Mail and does not include insurance. If you wish to add insurance please include your request in the notes at time of checkout.

If for any reason your package cannot be delivered by the shipping service and it is returned, you are responsible for the fees to have your purchases shipped back to you. If a package is refused by the buyer and returned to Showcase Bridal and delivery was attempted by the date of the event than Showcase Bridal considers their obligation fulfilled and the refused order will be liquidated at Showcase Bridal's discretion to cover costs and damages incurred. Please understand that if you fail to purchase insurance, Showcase Bridal is not responsible for loss or damage caused by anyone or anything.

International Shipping:

Please contact me with your location and postal code for a shipping quote.

International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. International buyers are responsible for duty/customs fees, if any apply.

Every effort is made to represent the true colors of my products in the description photographs. Due to the settings and resolution of individual monitors the finished product color may differ from those pictured.

Showcase Bridal reserves the right to make any changes to its policies and procedures without prior notice and is committed to protecting your privacy. I will not sell, share or disclose any information to a third party.
