Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
There are no refunds on any personalized items unless we as a company made an error. You must make sure all names are spelled correctly as I cannot issue a refund if you did not give me the correct spelling of a name.

I also cannot refund for any custom made items. Because the item was made specially for you, I will not be able to resell the item. Also, please ensure you order the correct size. I cannot refund an item because you ordered the wrong size.
Payment
We will get started on all orders once payment has been made. Please note the time it takes to process your order. Some items need to be ordered before they can be personalized so take that into account when ordering items. Refunds will not be given because of shipping time. If you need something faster, contact us ahead of time so we can try to accommodate your needs. In some cases a "rush fee" may be required. Thank you for understanding.
Shipping
We do our best to make, and ship every order as quickly as possible but keep in mind that each order is made when you place the order, so special orders may take extra time. We do not ship internationally.

With all custom orders a final draft of your design will be emailed to you to sign off on before the item is made.
