Payment
Please pay within 24 hours. If you cannot pay within 24 hours, I will make one attempt to contact you before relisting the item.
Shipping
I generally offer reduced shipping on multiple items. If shipping costs end up significantly less than what you were charged, I will send you a refund for the difference. I ship within two to five business days of purchase/payment. If you need it more quickly, please let me know!

I am not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees that result from international shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will offer an exchange for store credit for clothing and shoes if they do not fit you properly. Please contact me within two days of receiving such items if you intend to return them for store credit. All shipping costs must be covered by the buyer both ways. You'll receive store credit for the original cost of the item (not shipping) once I receive it. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out.

Refunds will only be given if an item has been grossly misrepresented or was somehow damaged during shipping. Please contact me immediately (within 48 hours of having received the package) under either of these circumstances. All items broken during shipping will require well photographed proof of damage before a refund or exchange will be issued.
