    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    All purchases are non-refundable due to the fact that everything is custom.

    SHP Planners is not responsible for orders that were sent to the wrong shipping address due to the customers error. We can resend items for an additional shipping fee if we receive them back but we cannot offer any refunds.

    In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours and we will replace the damaged merchandise.
    Payment
    We accept credit cards, Paypal and gift cards. If you pay via e-check through Paypal your item will be shipped once your payment has cleared.
