Wholesale availability

As specified in each listing, what I have listed is what I have. Usually, I cannot order more, especially in large quanities. My shop is strictly retail, not wholesale.

Custom and personalized orders

On occasion, I will open up custom orders for my knit/crochet items. Custom order requests are only open from February to October, due to the high amount of work that needs to be done during the Christmas season. If you wish to request a custom item for Christmas, you must order in the time frame provided.

Sizing details

I try my best to provide accurate measurements, but sometimes, like with washi tape length, it isn't provided when I purchase it and there's no way to truly tell for certain. This is why I give an approximate measurement.

Care instructions

Each knit/crochet item will come with its own care instructions. I also provide the type of yarn it was made with, in case the buyer wishes to research how to care for it in greater detail.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Product Coloring

I go above and beyond to insure that my listing photos accurately show the true color of the actual product. Despite using professional camera gear, lighting equipment, and editing software, I have no control over how the finished image will appear on any given screen.
